‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday June 2: Max Has Brain Tumor – Meredith Seduces Victor – Phyllis Offers Bethany A Bribe

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, June 2, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will try to pull herself together after the crash. In the restroom of a service station, Phyllis looks in the mirror. She examines a large bruise on her shoulder. Jack (Peter Bergman) calls to gives Phyllis updates on the accident and she says she’ll be right there. Phyllis hangs up and breaks down in tears.

At the hospital, a police officer gives Stitch (Sean Carrigan) the news that Billy (Jason Thompson) was alone when they arrived on the scene. However, someone called 911. Jill (Jess Walton), Jack and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) file in. Phyllis isn’t far behind. Jack wonders where Phyllis was, but she comes up with a cover story. Stitch gets back some test results and suggests that Billy is going to be OK.

The gang heads in to visit Billy, who has regained consciousness. Billy asks how “she” is and everyone looks confused. Phyllis gives Billy a glare in the back and shakes her head no. Billy lies that Bethany (Chrishell Stause) was riding with him.

Victoria leaves and Phyllis goes after her. She doesn’t want Victoria to give up on Billy. Victoria refuses to try again. She thinks Billy has changed and he’s moved on. Victoria says she’s moving on as well. Meanwhile, Jack and Jill scold Billy for upsetting Victoria. Jill rages that Billy put his life in danger. Billy insists he felt alive out on the open road. Jill states that she’s leaving town.

At the lab, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) chats with Abby (Melissa Ordway) about work and the evidence against Adam (Justin Hartley). Talk turns to Max (Jared Breeze) and Abby mentions that she hasn’t visited him yet. Stitch arrives and tells them about Billy’s condition. He also shares that Max’s doctors think something could be wrong with his brain.

Stitch gets a call about Max’s tests. He has a brain tumor, which has caused his recent behavior. Max needs surgery soon, but it’s risky. If Max pulls through, he may not be the same kid anymore.

At the state pen, Paul (Doug Davidson) wants to know what’s going on with Victor (Eric Braeden). He asks if Victor is setting Adam up. Victor toys around with the idea of spilling something, but eventually just says that he didn’t frame his son. He claims he wants to protect Adam, but Paul doesn’t buy it.

Paul meets up with Meredith (Alicia Coppola) and wonders what Victor told her about Constance’s (Sally Kellerman) murder. Meredith won’t say much. She tells Paul that Victor wants to reconcile with his family. After Paul departs, Meredith fills Victor in on the conversation. Victor points out that she didn’t betray his trust and he wants to do something in return. Meredith asks Victor to share a meal with her, so they sit down to eat.

Meredith says Paul told her Adam once framed Victor with a forged diary. Now he thinks Victor is returning the favor. Meredith seems appalled that Adam would do that to Victor. When Victor turns to leave, Meredith locks the door. She starts unbuttoning her blouse and gets ready for some steaminess.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Travis (Michael Roark) will rip into Victoria for her deception. At Hank’s bar, Travis mocks Victoria’s wealth and rants that she can’t understand his financial problems. Victoria thinks it’s unfair of Travis to stereotype her. Travis tells Victoria to leave.

Elsewhere, Phyllis tries to bribe Bethany. She wants Bethany to say she was with Billy during the accident and called 911. Bethany insists that Billy is stuck on somebody and she realizes it’s Phyllis. Phyllis suggests that this could help Bethany win Billy over. Bethany will get $10,000 if she does what she’s told. Y&R rumors hint that Bethany is going to cause major problems down the road. Stick with the CBS soap to see the trouble ahead.
