Jill is stunned by the location Cane has picked for Brash and Sassy. Billy seems curious, but she tells him to go shower. At Jabot, Jack (Peter Bergman) thanks Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) for an amazing night together. They agree to support each other as they move forward. Cane shows up to get a set of keys from Jack. He informs Phyllis that they’re the new tenants. Billy and Cane will be working downstairs.
Phyllis calls Billy and he’s surprised by her updates. She wants Billy to talk Cane out of it. This will undoubtedly be a disaster. Meanwhile, Jill tries to convince Cane that they need to back out of the lease. Billy takes a look at the agreement and determines that Cane made a good deal. He doesn’t understand why Jill is so against it.

At the athletic club, Phyllis appears and tells Lily (Christel Khalil) about Cane’s lease. Later, she returns to Jabot and finds out that Billy supported the decision to use the office space. Jack tells Phyllis about Jill’s complaints and hints that Billy promised they’d keep to themselves.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say it won’t take long for Phyllis and Billy to share a close moment. In an elevator, Billy finds himself alone with Phyllis. He presses a stop button and they argue about the whole office situation. Billy and Phyllis eventually lean in for a steamy kiss.
Victoria brings up the oil crisis, but Victor has already handled it. Summer (Hunter King) walks in and Nick wonders what she’s doing there. He thought she was done with Newman. Victor admits he asked Summer to drop by. He wants Summer to come back to work so he can train her.

At the club, Jack and Nick discuss Victor’s potential revenge on Phyllis. Nick notes that Victor hasn’t mentioned anything about vengeance. Jack just wants to do everything he can to protect his wife. Elsewhere, Jill meets with Victoria and asks if she’ll return to her company. She wants Victoria to lead Brash and Sassy.
Kevin (Greg Rikaart) arrives at Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) hotel room again. Chloe claims that Bella’s (Cali May Kinder) father is just some guy she met in California, but Kevin isn’t convinced. Chloe brushes off Kevin’s suspicions and tosses him out.
Kevin chats with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) about what he’s learned. He admits he still cares about Chloe and wants what’s best for her. Kevin also points out that considering Bella’s age, the timing fits for him to be the father. Mariah joins Kevin as they gang up on Chloe at Crimson Lights. Kevin demands a paternity test and Chloe goes along with the idea.
Back in her hotel room, Chloe opens the door to find Victor. He’s fed up with the delay on the journal entries and insists that they need to resurface soon. Chloe suggests she could expose Victor’s scheme, but he says she shouldn’t count on it.
Can Chloe really take down the master? It seems doubtful. Y&R rumors hint that Victor could gain the upper hand in the near future. Stay tuned to the CBS soap to see what Victor decides to do next.
