‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday February 26: Adam Tells Chelsea He’s Christian’s Father – Sage & Nick Plan to Adopt – Luca Joins Natalie’s Team

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, February 26, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will give Jack (Peter Bergman) a hard time about spilling their secret to Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). In a suite, Jack brings Phyllis some flowers and apologizes. Phyllis tosses the bouquet in the garbage and roars that it’s not enough.

Phyllis thinks part of Jack wanted the truth about Marco (Peter Bergman) to get out. Jack admits that might have been the case. After all, Jack was a victim as well. They bicker, but Jack urges Phyllis to accept his apology. He doesn’t want Victor (Eric Braeden) to destroy their marriage.

At Crimson Lights, Natalie (Mara McCaffray) chats with Billy (Jason Thompson) about PassKey. She has another version she didn’t show Victor. Natalie hands over a flash drive and insists that their deal won’t fall apart.

Meanwhile, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) gets on Natalie’s computer while she’s out. Summer (Hunter King) finds Luca and asks what he’s up to. Luca says that Natalie has been texting a particular phone number a lot. He gives it a call and Billy answers. Luca claims he has the wrong number and hangs up.

Natalie panics because she didn’t shut down her laptop before she left. Billy finds out Luca has been sniffing around at Summer’s place. Back at the apartment, Luca thinks Natalie and Billy are in cahoots. Summer is surprised that Billy is scheming again. Luca says he’ll talk to Billy and Summer can grill Natalie.

Later, Summer tracks down Natalie and lets her know that she shouldn’t be double-crossing Victor. Natalie changes the subject to Summer’s attempt to hide Luca. Summer gets fed up and leaves. Elsewhere, Luca tells Billy that he knows he’s working with Natalie and he wants in on the plot. Billy refuses and takes Luca’s picture. He now has proof that Luca is still in town.

Luca tries another tactic. He has something that could take Victor down for good. Billy takes the disk, which Luca says will explain Phyllis’ hatred for Victor. Billy heads off to get answers from Jack. At the athletic club, Billy is outraged that he had to learn about Jack’s lookalike from Luca. Jack defends keeping it a secret, but Billy thinks he’s cowardly for letting Victor get away with it. Back at Summer’s apartment, Luca tells Natalie that he’s on her team now.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will have another nightmare involving a crying Christian. When Sage wakes up, Nick (Joshua Morrow) is there to console her. They leave to meet with a woman from an adoption agency.

Nick and Sage are at the top of the list for securing a child. A teen is entering her third trimester and she may give them her baby. However, the woman from the agency warns that it’s not a done deal. Nick wonders if Sage is still up for this and she assures him that she is.

At the penthouse, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) pushes Adam (Justin Hartley) to tell her the whole truth. She wants to know what Victor’s blackmail scheme is all about. Adam confesses that he’s Christian’s biological father. He says he bribed a technician to change the DNA results. Adam claims he thought it was the right move back then.

Chelsea can’t believe Adam kept all of this from her. She lashes out, but Adam is apologetic. He asks for Chelsea’s forgiveness and tearfully talks about having no one to support him after Christian’s death. Chelsea hugs Adam and says he’s free from Victor’s grip now. She wants to leave Genoa City like they planned, but Adam gives her the impression that he needs to stay.
