‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Thursday April 7: Chelsea Grills Adam About Victor’s Scheme – Nick Supports Victoria as They Brace For Brother’s Attack

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, April 7, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will worry about his family’s future. Most of the Newmans turned their backs on Victor (Eric Braeden) and now Nick fears they’ll pay the price. Nick knows that Victor and Adam (Justin Hartley) are up to something. He’ll assume that whatever it is won’t mean good news for the Newman clan.

Of course, we know that Victor seems to have a very different plan in mind. He’s focused on Ian Ward (Ray Wise) at the moment. Nevertheless, Nick will feel the need to take precautions. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nick will have a chat with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Perhaps Nick will give her updates on a possible plot against them.

Victoria will groan that this is the last thing she needs right now. She’s already in over her head at Newman Enterprises. Nick will assure Victoria that she won’t be doing it alone. He’ll insist that he’s there to offer his help.
It sounds like Nick believes Adam could pose a threat to Victoria’s job. They’ll want to be ready if Adam comes to do Victor’s dirty work. Although that isn’t the current plan, no one would be surprised if that happened eventually. Adam would probably like to be running the show at Newman if Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) would get off his back about it.

Speaking of Chelsea, she’ll be incredibly suspicious after Adam’s latest meeting with Victor. Chelsea will wonder what all of this was about. She’ll ask what Adam agreed to do. Adam will try to brush off Chelsea’s questions, but she won’t let up. Chelsea will look Adam straight in the eye and declare that they’re talking about this now.

If Adam is seriously considering killing Ian at some point, that’s not something he’d want to tell Chelsea. However, Adam might be willing to fill Chelsea in if he doesn’t intend on doing the deed. Then again, that would likely lead to almost as much anger. The fact that Victor even asked would be enough to drive Chelsea up the wall.

One thing’s for sure: Adam will undoubtedly manage to get himself into a big mess. Y&R rumors hint that major drama is on the way. Stick with the CBS soap to see where this storyline is headed.
