‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 26: Jack Overwhelmed, John’s Spirit Offers Advice – Phyllis Considers Billy’s Plea, Leans on Summer

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, September 26, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will get caught in a tricky situation. A reporter will ask Jack if he’s heard the rumors. He’ll suggest that people are saying Jack beat up his wife. Jack will insist that he’d never hurt Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). It was a terrible accident and nothing more.

The reporter will probably wonder if Jack expects the public to take his word for it. He’ll express some doubts about Jack’s claims and prepare to do a series of scandalous stories. Jack’s name will continue to be plastered all over the news. Phyllis’ cheating scandal is spiraling out of control.

Y&R spoilers state that Jack will feel like the walls are closing in. His life is falling apart and he can’t even begin to fix it. Jack simply doesn’t know where to start. Fortunately, a face from Jack’s past might be able to help him out. John’s (Jerry Douglas) spirit will appear in Monday’s episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Jack could definitely use some of his father’s sound advice right now. Whenever Jack has nowhere else to turn, John shows up to guide him. It seems like John always knows just what to say. There may not be a clear-cut answer to Jack’s problems, but John could at least help his son learn how to carry on.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will get annoyed with Jill’s (Jess Walton) constant pestering. No matter what Victoria says or does, she just can’t convince Jill that she’s not reuniting with Billy (Jason Thompson). Victoria will once again assure Jill that she’s never getting back together with her ex.

At the hospital, Billy will have a different reunion on his mind. He’s completely devoted to Phyllis and he just wants her to accept that they’re meant to be. Phyllis has been determined to repair her marriage, but Billy will maintain that he’s the one who desperately wants her.

Phyllis will have to decide whether she’s going to keep fighting for Jack or shift gears with Billy. Later, Summer (Hunter King) will try to give her mom a little hope for the future. If nothing else, some kindness and a hug will help in that moment.
