Downstairs, Billy and Phyllis join Jack (Peter Bergman) and Natalie (Mara McCaffray). Natalie gripes because Jack is scrapping the project. Billy insists that PassKey is moving forward. After Billy storms off, Phyllis points out that PassKey could save Jabot.
Jack is worried about the Newmans filing a lawsuit. Plus, Phyllis could be exposed as Adam’s (Justin Hartley) kidnapper. Phyllis asks if Jack is planning on telling Adam that she was behind the plot. Jack claims he wouldn’t do that. They continue to argue about PassKey. Phyllis hints that Jack knew what he was getting when he married her. This is who she is.

At Top of the Tower, Noah (Robert Adamson) and Marisa (Sofia Pernas) talk to Leslie Michaelson (Angell Conwell) about their idea to get married. Leslie says it won’t help the case and indicates that she’s hoping for leniency. When Leslie steps away to take a phone call, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) arrives to rub the trial in Noah’s face.
At Crimson Lights, Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) meet up with Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan (Steve Burton). They chat about Noah’s trial and Dylan leaves. Sharon states that Dylan has to testify. Sage is sorry about everything Sharon is going through.
After Nick and Sharon exit, Shawn (Devon Martinez) shows up and complains about someone breaking into her apartment. Sage suggests that Shawn should move in with them. Meanwhile, Natalie tells Luca that Jack wants to drop the project. Luca says Natalie they should form a new team. It could be just the two of them. Natalie replies that Luca is a snake and she stomps off.
At the courthouse, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) finds Judge Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan). She’s nervous about Noah’s fate. Elise mentions how she had to tear her own family apart. The affair revelation destroyed her marriage and her children are having a hard time understanding all of this. Nikki fears that Elise will take her anger out on Noah. Elise thinks maybe it’s time for the Newmans to be a little afraid.
Noah’s family shows up to support him and the trial begins. Dylan and Marisa try to help Noah out on the stand, but Christine (Laralee Bell) is fierce. Billy doesn’t blame Noah for his actions, but Christine manages to spin his story, too. Noah takes the stand and admits that Victor (Eric Braeden) talked him into covering up the accident. He says his biggest regret is listening to his grandfather.

Judge Moxley says they’ll take a recess while she makes her decision. Noah leaves with Marisa to spend his potential last hours of freedom elsewhere. Nikki talks to Christine about Victor. Christine suggests that Nikki should hand over any evidence she might have against her husband.
At Nick and Sage’s house, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) mentions Sage’s stint in Fairview. Shawn is surprised by the news that Sage was in a mental hospital. Sage says that losing Christian was tough. Shawn hints that she’s going to find out what it’s like to let a child go. Shawn heads to her room and Nick arrives. He’s stunned when he gets updates on the new living arrangements.
Nick thinks Sage just wants to have more control over the adoption. He’s concerned about what will happen once Shawn gives birth. Shawn, who’s been eavesdropping around the corner, rushes out and snaps that she won’t stay if she’s not wanted.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Noah and Marisa will make love. In a suite, they do the deed and cuddle. Noah vows to make Marisa his wife. Meanwhile, Billy and Phyllis stand their ground on PassKey. They say they’ll fight Jack if they have to. Jack grumbles that he won’t watch them drive over a cliff. It seems Jack believes this plan is destined for failure.
Back at Crimson Lights, Sharon is anxious about Noah’s sentencing. Dylan remains hopeful that Noah won’t serve time. On the patio, Luca speaks on the phone with someone about a travesty. He assures him or her that he’s going to do something about it. Y&R rumors hint that Luca has something devious up his sleeve. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s in store.
