‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday February 29: Victoria Confronts Victor About Marco – Chelsea Fears for Adam’s Future – Summer Furious Over Scheme

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, February 29, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will want Jack (Peter Bergman) to get revenge for Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). At the athletic club, Jack tells Billy that he can’t turn Victor (Eric Braeden) in because of what happened to Kelly (Cady McClain) and the people on the cargo ship. Billy thinks Jack should just come clean about everything.

Jack won’t budge. Billy insists that he’ll get payback for Phyllis if Jack won’t. Upstairs in a suite, Phyllis tries to talk Summer (Hunter King) out of telling Victor about Billy and Natalie’s (Mara McCaffray) scheme. When Summer won’t back down, Phyllis admits that she’s involved as well. Summer is furious and stomps off. Billy shows up and Phyllis explains why she confessed to Summer.

Talk turns to Marco (Peter Bergman) and Billy shares how he found out. He says Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) used the proof to get in on their deal. Billy wants Phyllis to go to the police, but she’s not interested. Billy suggests that this isn’t like Phyllis. She needs to take action. Phyllis wonders how Billy will handle it if he loses Victoria (Amelia Heinle) over all of this.

At Summer’s apartment, Natalie spies on Victor through her laptop. Luca joins Natalie and they hear Victor call Luca’s father. Victor says that Luca was fired and sent out of town. Afterwards, Victor looks intently at the new computer on the other side of the room.

Back at Summer’s place, the camera feed cuts off. Later, Victor arrives and Luca finds somewhere to hide. Natalie brings up the new glitches she’s dealing with in the program. Victor states that he knows about the camera Natalie installed. He takes Natalie’s laptop and declares that she’s fired.

Once Victor is gone, Luca rejoins Natalie. She’s thrilled to finally be free. Luca asks what they’ll do now that Victor has the program. Natalie says Victor doesn’t have it; she gave the real one to Billy on a flash drive.

Summer marches in and starts ranting about the plot. Natalie questions why Summer didn’t go to Victor already. Summer says it’s because of Phyllis’ involvement. When Summer learns Natalie was fired, she yells that she should get out. Natalie takes off and Luca consoles Summer.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Justin Hartley) will be at odds over his plan with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). At the penthouse, Chelsea is annoyed that Adam won’t leave Genoa City. She thinks Adam doesn’t care what’s best for his family, but he insists they’re his whole world.

Adam explains that he wants to take over Newman for Connor’s (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) sake. It’ll be his legacy. Chelsea doesn’t buy it. She feels like Adam just wants to wear Victor’s crown. Later, Chelsea confides in Jack. She fears Adam’s desire to take down Victor will mean bad news. Jack admits that you can’t really win with Victor.

In a suite, Jack apologizes to Phyllis again. She tells Jack she changed her mind about coming forward. Phyllis wants to make Victor pay for his crimes. At Newman Enterprises, Victor informs Adam that he suspects Luca is still around. He plays the Christian card in an effort to get Adam to find out Luca’s location.

Adam gleefully states that he already told Chelsea the truth. Victor points out that Adam wants to take over Newman and he needs to follow orders to make that happen. Elsewhere, Billy pulls Victoria away from a meeting with their wedding planner. He tells Victoria about Marco and shows her the proof Luca gave him. Billy says he won’t turn Victor in because Victoria means more to him than justice.

Once Victoria heads off to confront Victor, Billy hints to the wedding planner that the father of the bride probably won’t be giving her away. Meanwhile, Victoria slams the disc on Victor’s desk and mentions Marco Anicelli. She dares Victor to try explaining his way out of this. Y&R rumors suggest that Victor is about to face some serious heat from his family members. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the drama ahead.
