‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Monday February 29: Billy Vows To Get Payback For Phyllis – Summer Learns About Mom’s Scheme – Victor Confronts Natalie

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, February 29, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will continue to berate Jack (Peter Bergman) for refusing to get revenge on Victor (Eric Braeden). Billy just can’t understand why Jack is letting Victor get off scot-free. He thinks Jack is a coward for declining a chance at vengeance.

Jack knows that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) wants to keep the details of the Marco (Peter Bergman) ordeal under wraps. However, that doesn’t mean Jack has to let Victor get away with his crimes. Billy will argue that Jack should play just as dirty as Victor did. That’s the only option if Jack wants justice for his wife.

Jack will be hesitant to accept that idea, but that won’t matter to Billy. If Jack won’t get payback for Phyllis, then Billy will just have to do it himself. Luckily, Billy has all the ammunition he needs. Natalie (Mara McCaffray) and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) have both been very helpful in Billy’s endeavor.

Nevertheless, Billy needs to be careful. Taking on Victor comes with risk and the consequences could be brutal if the plot doesn’t pan out. Now Luca knows what Billy has up his sleeve and Summer (Hunter King) will soon be in the loop as well.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Phyllis will admit that Billy isn’t working on his own. She’ll tell Summer that she’s been helping Billy with the scheme against Victor. It sounds like things just got a lot more complicated for this mother and daughter. Phyllis will probably swear Summer to secrecy. It should be interesting to see if Summer will remain loyal.

Meanwhile, Natalie will get caught in a sticky situation. Monday’s preview video shows Victor asking Natalie how “it” works. Natalie will mistakenly believe Victor is referring to the program. She’ll be in for a shock when she realizes Victor is talking about the camera she installed in his office. Y&R rumors hint that Natalie may have to make some updates to her plans.
