‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday August 19: Adam in Hot Water After Attacking Guard – Victoria Visits Travis in Mexico – Nick Stunned by Evidence

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, August 19, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will show up to see Travis (Michael Roark) in sunny Mexico. Y&R fans know that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) are hoping Travis will return to Genoa City. They need him to disprove Luca’s (Miles Gaston Villanueva) claims so Summer (Hunter King) will call off the wedding.

However, Victoria might admit that there’s another reason for this trip. When Travis asked Victoria to sail around the world with him, she turned him down. Victoria just couldn’t take the kids away from Billy (Jason Thompson). She cares about Billy and they’ll always be a family, but that doesn’t mean her feelings for Travis evaporated.

Victoria has undoubtedly missed Travis during their time apart. It’s safe to say he missed her, too. Travis will be somewhat cold to Victoria initially, but it won’t take long for things to heat up. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that a steamy kiss is on the way. Travis will eventually agree to come home with Victoria, but this plan may not turn out quite like they think it will.

Meanwhile, Nick will get some alarming news at the police station. Paul (Doug Davidson) and Dylan (Steve Burton) will give Nick updates on the latest evidence. They’ll state that they found the missing diary pages in Bethany’s (Chrishell Stause) room. Victor (Eric Braeden) insists he only hired Bethany to seduce Billy, but the cops suspect there’s more to the story.

Dylan and Paul hope to prove that Victor paid Bethany to frame Adam (Justin Hartley). Nick will probably offer to help if they need anything. Nick won’t want Victor to get away with setting up Adam, especially since it involved tampering with Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) journal.

At the state pen, Adam will continue to beat the guard to a pulp. His hallucinations convinced him that Victor was the one in his cell. Two other guards will grab Adam and use a stun gun to subdue him. Poor Adam will be a wreck. He’s about to be cleared of the murder charges, but now he could be looking at time for assault.

Victor will do everything in his power to bring Adam home, but this could take longer than he anticipated. Y&R rumors hint that some twists are coming up. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s in store.
