‘The Young and the Restless’ News: Steve Burton Teases Life After Y&R – Will He Return As Dylan McAvoy Some Day?

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers indicate that ‘Y&R’ fans may not have seen the last of Dylan McAvoy [Steve Burton]. The actor tweeted on December 14 that it had been a great last day shooting on the soap opera which means viewers will say goodbye to Dylan in the not too distant future.

Would Burton consider a return as Dylan sometime in the future? When asked this question on Twitter the actor replied, “never say never that’s what I’ve learned.” That’s a lesson Burton learned during his 20 years portraying Jason Morgan on ‘General Hospital.’ Just when fans thought Jason was truly dead, he would reappear again.

Steve Burton has lived in Nashville with his family since 2012. He recently opened a restaurant with former ‘GH’ co-star Jonathan Jackson [Lucky Spencer]. Jack and Jameson’s Smokehouse had its grand opening party on October 8.

Looking for some great live music? Recently ‘Nashville’ star Charles Esten [Deacon Claybourne] joined co-star Jonathan Jackson [Avery Barkley] on stage at the smokehouse. Jackson posted a photo, writing, “Singing with @CharlesEsten tonight @JackJamesons for @BestBuddies.”

The restaurant was recently featured in The Tennessean with photos of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. The pic of the creamy mac-n-cheese, made with American, cheddar, smoked gouda and Parmesan cheeses is sure to make your mouth water.
