‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Steve Burton Cheers On His Son At His Football Game

Football and fall naturally go together for Steve Burton (Dylan McAvoy, The Young and the Restless) and his adorable son Jack!

The proud father posted the cutest pic of the two, with Jack in uniform, captioned, “My best buddy. My son. First game today. #flagfootball.”

Both father and son look happy and eager to tackle game day, with Jack sporting a wide grin and Steve sporting a backwards baseball cap. Steve and his wife Sheree also have two daughters, Makena and Brooklyn.

With a lush green playing field behind them and endless blue sky above, Steve and Jack must have had a great day together!

There’s no doubt that Steve’s fans love him and his family, and they offered lots of support to the father/son combo: “he’s going to make a good football player & u will be an awesome coach,” “Looking like a winner!”

For some fans, seeing the sweet photo triggered a trip down memory lane:  “I remember when my son was in t-ball. He is 26 now. How time flies!” “Enjoy time with your Buddy! I know the feeling is so very precious!”

Steve is obviously enjoying fatherhood and all the fun times that go along with being a parent. Too bad the same can’t be said for his Y&R alter ego!

Right now Dylan is having a great time being a father to baby Sully. But “The Young and the Restless,” viewers know that the other baby bootie is about to drop, leaving Dylan son-less for a second time.

Remember when sneaky Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) had him believing he was her baby daddy? History is about to repeat itself for Dylan. How will Dylan react when he finds out that Sully was fathered by (fill-in-the-blank)?
