‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Ridge and Eric Argue Over CEO Choice – Quinn’s Manipulation Causes Conflict for Liam and Steffy

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Wednesday, December 7, tease that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton) will bicker about her future at Forrester. Liam will believe it’s too risky to take the CEO job. Quinn (Rena Sofer) obviously intends on stirring up trouble.

Steffy will contend that she has to make this work for the sake of her career. This is the opportunity she’s been dreaming of. Steffy can’t just turn it down and walk away. Liam will feel like Steffy needs to understand that she’s being manipulated. She has no way of knowing what Quinn has in store.

Liam will even worry about their relationship. Wednesday’s B&B preview video shows Liam yelling, “At the very least, she’s trying to broker a reconciliation between you and my brother!” Steffy won’t think Liam is being reasonable. She’ll assure him that she’d never fall for something like that.

Liam will continue to rant about the danger Steffy’s facing. He just won’t have a good feeling about this. Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will get some shocking news. He’ll find out Eric (John McCook) has chosen Steffy as the new CEO of Forrester Creations.

Naturally, Ridge will offer an alternative. He won’t believe Steffy has enough experience to steer the ship. Ridge will call Eric’s attention to his reunion with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). He’ll hope to make “Bridge” a respected force that everyone can get behind.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Ridge will want to lead the family and the company into the future. With Brooke by his side, Ridge will be confident that great things can happen. He’ll urge Eric to trust him on this. Ridge won’t think anyone else is more qualified for the position.

In spite of Ridge’s protests, Eric will stick to the plan. He’ll insist that Steffy is what he’s looking for right now. The preview clip shows Eric saying, “She has terrific strength inside. She has all the intelligence and savvy she needs to be CEO of this company.”

Ridge will realize that Eric isn’t going to back down. He’ll soon turn to Steffy and hope that he can get through to her. Unfortunately, Ridge’s efforts are destined to fail. Steffy will become CEO and B&B rumors suggest it’s going to cause a few problems.
