‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Cocktail Party Gets Underway – Maya Tries to Calm Seething Rick – Katie Overhears Crushing Conversation

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Friday, February 19, tease that the cocktail party will get underway at the Forrester mansion. Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) decision to replace Maya’s (Karla Mosley) portrait with Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) got a strong reaction from Rick (Jacob Young). However, it seems the swap will please all the guests.

B&B spoilers say everyone will share their fond memories of Stephanie. It’s worth mentioning that we’ll see Dawn Wells from “Gilligan’s Island” make an appearance. Her character, Alice, is a longtime friend of Eric (John McCook) and Stephanie’s. While the partygoers mix and mingle, Rick will provide details of the earlier drama elsewhere. Bridget (Ashley Jones) and Maya will hear about Rick’s fury over Ridge’s switch.

Rick will insist that he’s not stepping foot in that house until Maya’s picture is back on the wall. Maya will try to reason with Rick; she’ll suggest that maybe this was just a special touch Ridge had in mind for the cocktail party. Perhaps Rick should think of it as part of the decorations. Rick will admit that Ridge claims that’s the case.

Unfortunately, it appears Ridge may change his tune by next week. Another intense confrontation is coming and it’ll lead Rick to move out in disgust. It’s clear that these brothers won’t be resolving their issues anytime soon. In fact, this whole ordeal will likely create new problems between Rick and Eric.

Meanwhile, Katie (Heather Tom) will eavesdrop on a conversation, but she may end up wishing she hadn’t. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers reveal that Katie will overhear something devastating that reminds her of the past. Katie might catch a portion of Bill (Don Diamont) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) current exchange.

It’s possible that Katie will find out Bill still has lingering feelings for Brooke. Bill is determined to remain faithful to Katie, but that doesn’t mean he thinks of Brooke strictly in terms of friendship. If Bill wasn’t married to Katie, you’d better believe he’d be hooking up with Brooke right now.

Regardless, Katie will be hurt when she learns Bill is discussing private matters with Brooke. Since Brooke is the one who stirred up all of this trouble, it’s a little inappropriate for Bill to be talking to her about Katie’s struggles. “The Bold and the Beautiful” rumors hint that Katie could start to lose her battle with the bottle.
