If Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) becomes CEO of Forrester Creations on, “The Bold and the Beautiful,” the minions better brace themselves for a major shakeup in corporate culture! Can you just imagine what Steffy’s management style will be like?
The current and former CEO’s, Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Eric (John McCook), agree that Steffy should have a shot at running the powerful fashion house. Eric doesn’t have the heart for running the biz now that his heart belongs to Quinn. After his recent health scare Eric seems to have reprioritized his life, but he has a long memory.
Which is why he won’t appoint his son, and Steffy’s father, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge is logically next in line of succession, and imminently more qualified to be CEO. But Eric won’t forgive and forget his son’s nasty little coup attempt.
Quinn wasn’t a bad CEO; her jewelry designs captured the buyers’ fancy at the most recent fashion show, but like Eric, she’s choosing domesticity over business.

So that leaves Steffy. Really? What experience does Steffy have running a multi-conglomerate? She’s held various titles at the fashion house but she has her position at Forrester because of her name.
Steffy dropped out of college (ok, so did Bill Gates!), and has she ever supervised anyone?
What Steffy is good at is throwing tantrums and stealing other women’s men! I’m talking about you, Dollar Bill and Liam! If her past reactions are any indicator, Forrester Creations is in for a tumultuous reign of terror.
Sorry Steffy, but slapping the employees when they make you mad isn’t going to fly. It’s incredible that Quinn would even consider Steffy as CEO after she slapped her down at a business function in Monte Carlo.

And Steffy’s past insistence on getting a restraining order against Quinn because she didn’t like her doesn’t bode well for business. Who will be left to work at Forrester if Steffy bans everyone who irks her?
What do you think B&B fans? Is it time for the Forrester employees to dust off their resumes, or will Eric come to his senses? Do you think Steffy will be a good CEO? Let us know in the comments section below!
