‘The Bold And The Beautiful‘ star Rome Flynn made his acting debut in 2014 in ‘Drumline: A New Beat.’ But, before Rome began any more auditions he decided to undergo a painful medical procedure to increase his chances of landing another acting gig. The ‘B&B’ star visited Dr. TattOff to get the tattoos on his arms and chest removed.

In a video that was recorded at the doctor’s office Rome explained that he got the tattoos when he was young – and although they had symbolic meaning and even represented his family members, he knew that having them removed would improve his chances of getting cast in another role. The procedure with lasers appears painful – and was uncomfortable to even watch, we can only imagine what it felt like!
Rome’s painful medical procedure paid off though – and in May 2015 he was cast as Zende Dominguez on ‘The Bold And The Beautiful.’ Now, Zende appears on the CBS soap opera shirtless on a regular basis, and if it weren’t for this old YouTube video, we never would have guessed that his arms and chest were covered in tattoos!
