‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ News: Jennifer Gareis Stars On ‘Comedy Bang Bang’

Daytime fans, have you been missing Jennifer Gareis on ‘Y&R’ and ‘B&B?’ Well, here’s another opportunity for you to see her on your screen. The former daytime actress will be on ‘Comedy Bang Bang’ tonight. Here’s what she had to say about it with her tweet “#LOL when u watch me this week on #ComedyBangBang, airs Friday, July 1st @11:00PM ET/PT #cbbtv @ComedyBangBang”.

It’s been more than a year since we last saw her on ‘The Bold & the Beautiful’. Since her last episode fans have been craving a return. Many wondered what on earth happened to her character Donna Logan. Soap Opera Spy was privileged earlier this year to interview the beautiful actress where she shared that she was dropped to recurring.

While many were saddened to learn of her B&B status, some fans were hopeful it meant a return to ‘The Young & the Restless’. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Gareis has not been on any of the CBS soap operas for over a year now. While fans are awaiting her return to daytime be sure to check out her new gig on ‘Comedy Bang Bang’.

Since her daytime departure she has been spending a lot of time with her family. She has been on numerous trips with her husband and her children. And, she has been spending time with her long time best friend and former co-star Sharon Case [Sharon, Y&R].

Gareis seems quite open to a daytime return even though she is taking on new projects. Would you like to see her return as Donna on B&B or Grace Turner on Y&R or do double duty as both? Grace Turner’s return could definitely work right now since her former friend Nick [Joshua Morrow] is single. While Nick is grieving the death of his wife Sage [Ex-Sean Sullivan], a new lover could help him get over it and that’s where Grace would come in.
