‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ News: B&B Nominated for Worldwide Ratings Award at 56th Monte Carlo TV Festival – Plans Location Shoot in Monaco

“The Bold and the Beautiful” has once again snagged a significant honor. The 56th Monte Carlo TV Festival is coming up and the CBS soap received its 11th consecutive nomination in the category for soaps and telenovelas. B&B has taken home this award for the last 10 years and they’re poised to make it 11.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” has devoted fans all over the globe. Everyone seems hooked on the great drama, high fashion and Los Angeles vibe. The 11th Annual TV Audience Awards category will offer accolades to the shows that drew in the most viewers in 2015. These programs were picked from foreign fiction productions in 62 countries. It’s undoubtedly a talented and diverse group.

The 56th Golden Nymph Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 16. Several B&B actors will be on hand for the occasion at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. The festival will include some other fun activities before the main event kicks off. A meet-and-greet is set to happen earlier in the week.

Scott Clifton (Liam), Darin Brooks (Wyatt), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Rena Sofer (Quinn) and John McCook (Eric) will be participating cast members. Fans can get autographs and chat with their favorite stars. The show’s head writer and executive producer, Bradley Bell, will also be part of a writers’ panel.

Plus, “The Bold and the Beautiful” will use this opportunity to do a bit of filming in Monaco. They’re planning on shooting some exterior scenes for seven episodes. A behind-the-scenes documentary is even lined up. There’s a lot going on during this celebration!

It sounds like this festival will only add to the popularity of the series. B&B is currently the most watched daytime soap in the world. That’s quite a feat!
