‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ News: ‘B&B’ Casting New Character Named Isabel

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers tease that the CBS soap is adding another member to its cast. According to the casting call posted on the Soap Opera Digest website, the CBS daytime series is seeking to add a character by the name of Isabel. The casting call also states that unlike most recent casting calls this role is a recurring one, and the show seeks to add a named actress for the role, one with “heavy credits”.

Isabel is described as “Hispanic….Spanish speaking a plus and comedic training a plus. Sexy and irrelevant.” She should be between the ages of 45 and 50 years old. At this point, this is all the details that were given, there is no additional information to indicate when the role begins taping or when the first ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ appearance would be.

With the limited character description it is very hard to decipher where the character could possibly fit in. Could Isabel be a current character’s parent? Could she be a current character’s sibling, aunt, cousin or other relative? Could Isabel be a hire for Spencer Publications? Considering possible employment for the character could she be a hire for Forrester Creations? Given that the character is described as sexy, it is possible she could be employed to Forrester Creations. And, could she also be a love interest for someone in Los Angeles, someone currently involved or someone single?
