‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Franco Tell Liz The Truth Or Keep Heather’s Secret? – Elizabeth & Hayden Revealed As Sisters!

‘General Hospital” episode on August 29^th confirmed what GH viewers have been suspecting for months now. The truth was revealed by Heather that Hayden(Rebecca Budig) and Elizabeth( Rebecca Herbst) are indeed sisters. The whole saga was unfolded to Franco by his mother, all about how Naomi(Robin Riker) and now Hayden’s mother had an affair with Jeff Webber, which is also Elizabeth’s father. It was also very clear that Heather did not want this secret to be revealed to Elizabeth as Heather is getting paid a substantial amount of money to keep quiet about this sisterhood secret.

Franco learned everything and then told Heather that he needs to tell Elizabeth the truth as Heather ordered Franco not to. Franco and Elizabeth are starting to get closer now that the trust issue between the two of them seems to now be at a close. We know from last week that Elizabeth and Franco decided to give the relationship a go but now that Franco knows this life-altering secret, will Franco keep the secret from Elizabeth like Heather wants or will he care more about his newfound relationship with Elizabeth and go against his mother’s demand and decide to tell Elizabeth everything? And if so, will she believe him, since Elizabeth did seem to have trust issues with Franco prior to this incident?

Another secret was also revealed today! The revelation of the killer. It was Paul! Elizabeth walked in to find Paul with a needle in his hand. Elizabeth did not appear to suspect Paul at all but of course that did not stop Paul from going after Elizabeth and giving her a shove down the stairs, just to make sure she does not talk about what she might have seen. Does Paul kill Elizabeth? Is she the next victim?

‘General Hospital’ spoilers also tease that Franco finds Elizabeth unconscious at the bottom of the stairwell just as he is looking for her in order to clear the air and tell her what Heather told him about Hayden and Elizabeth being sisters.
