‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Ava Blackmail Paul Hornsby With Sonny Shooting To Get Julian’s Freedom?

We are approaching the 1-year anniversary of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) shooting on ‘General Hospital.’  We know that Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) came to Port Charles to bring down Sonny’s organization and set himself up as the new Mob Boss in town. We also know Paul was the one who shot Sonny on his wedding day and put him in a wheelchair for several months. We know this because he confessed to Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Paul also framed Julian Jerome (William DeVry) for the shooting and theft of Sonny’s property. What we don’t know is, will these secrets ever come to light and can the good people of Port Charles can be spared from another corrupt District Attorney with a vendetta against Sonny Corinthos.?

Now that Julian Jerome is facing a life sentence for double homicide, The DA is determined to put him behind bars. Why is Hornsby so determined to see Julian go to prison? Does Julian know too much and Paul sees a way to rid Port Charles of another crime family so he can position himself to take control of the city?  General Hospital spoilers tease Paul’s life will be in danger in upcoming episodes. Could Julian be ready to spill “the goods” on Hornsby?

Sonny is having Julian’s every move watched since his last escape attempt, leaving him very little choices at his disposal. Sonny’s ultimatum to Julian, to plead guilty or die, did not sit very well with him. Thus closing the door on any further attempts at escape.

ABC spoilers also tease Ava will go to Paul to ask a favor. What type of so called favor will Ava request. We know Ava always plays dirty. The two of them had an illicit affair and Carly has the tape. Maybe some way that tape could be made public by Carly if Julian is found guilty?
