‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Who Is Nell, A Possible Relative Of Jax – Or Not Really Jocelyn’s Donor?

Ever since the charming and handsome Aaron (John DeLuca) wandered into town on General Hospital; hooking up with Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and gaining the respect of the great Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) there has been speculation about his intentions.  Is he truly the gentleman he presents or could he be hiding a deep dark secret that could shock the residents of Port Charles?

But, now another person has arrived at the doorsteps of the Corinthos household; Nell. (Chloe Lanier) She claims to be the kidney donor who saved Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoylife) ; could she potentially hold an even darker secret?  While Carly (Laura Wright) has been eager to find her daughter’s kidney donor, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) has repeatedly urged her to stop, going so far as to threaten her with the court.

General Hospital spoilers tease that Nell’s odd behavior seems to warrant suspicion, when she questions Michael’s (Chad Duell) lack of resemblance to Sonny.  This begs the question why she would be interested in Sonny and Michael’s family relationship. When questioned about the process of her donation she is hesitant at first. She looks very nervous and she and Jax share a quick glance. Could she and Jax share this hidden secret or is she in town for more nefarious reasons?

When Jax first stumbled into Port Charles, he made a mysterious call to an unknown recipient. During this call he tells the person on the other end of the line he has Carly under control and that Sonny is the wildcard and could be handled.   Is this Jax simply being himself expressing his disdain for Sonny? Or is there something larger about to go down and the kidney story is the least of the worries for the Corinthos family?  Lest we forget Jax tried to take Sonny down once before by using his son Dante to entrap him.  What is the possible secret between Jax and Nell?

The strange tension filled glare between the two could be rooted in a much deeper bond.  Could Nell be Jax’s daughter, who he has kept secret from Carly?  Is this why she was such a great match or could she be the daughter of the infamous Jerry Jax?

Jax has been known to keep a secret or two from Carly in the past when it concerned protecting his brother.  Could Jax have made some sort of deal with Jerry to take Sonny down once and for all in exchange for Jocelyn’s life? Whatever the case may be, Nell could be keeping a secret that could destroy the peace that Carly and Sonny have found and destroy both the Corinthos and Jax family.
