‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Who Is Naomi Dreyfus – Will Sam and Liz Find Out the Truth About Hayden’s Identity?

“General Hospital” spoilers tease that Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] secret identity reveal is coming closer and closer. Despite the fact that Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] hired and then quickly fired Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco], something else is about to happen that could change everything.

Nikolas loves Hayden no matter what and because of that unconditional love Hayden will grow to love Nikolas even more. Just as Hayden thinks it’s okay to let down her guard, Sam will discover a new piece to the puzzle that brings her closer to solving the mystery surrounding Hayden/Rachel’s identity.

The name Naomi Dreyfus is going to pop up and this is going to scare Hayden. Once Sam finds this clue she will be closer to figuring out Hayden’s secret. Hayden will need to scramble to figure out how to keep a lid on things.

Of course Elizabeth Webber [Rebecca Herbst] will overhear Hayden talking to herself about this Naomi person. Hayden wouldn’t confide in Elizabeth if she were the last person on Earth which means Elizabeth is going to go digging for information.

Sam and Elizabeth knowing the name Naomi is going to make Hayden even more anxious than she already has been. Hayden may be fairly certain how far Sam is willing to go to crush her, but isn’t really certain how far Liz will go to destroy her relationship with Nikolas.

Is Liz about to confront Hayden with the truth about her identity? Hayden’s world may come crashing down and she isn’t going to be able to explain her way out of the situation. If Nikolas finds out the truth he may never be able to forgive Hayden for deceiving him for so long.

“GH” fans what part does Naomi play in uncovering Hayden’s identity? Who will use the information against Hayden first? There’s no absolutely no love lost between Sam and Hayden and if Liz could wish Hayden away she would have done that a long time ago.
