‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday December 14: Sam Has A Secret – Nelle Taunts Sonny, Carly Grows Suspicious – Charlotte’s DNA Test Results Arrive

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday December 14 tease another day full of drama in Port Charles.  The all new ABC soap opera spoiler video for tomorrow’s episode indicates that the moment that GH fans have been waiting for finally arrives, Charlotte’s DNA test results are in.  Lulu Falconeri [Emme Rylan] will finally learn the truth about her embryo, and whether or not she has a daughter.  Was Valentin Cassadine [James Patrick Stuart] telling the truth?

Other General Hospital spoilers indicate that Nelle Hayes [Chloe Lanier] will continue to rattle Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard].

It is still not clear what exactly is driving Nelle’s behavior, but it’s clear that she is on a mission to make Carly Corinthos’ [Laura Wright] life a living hell.  Now, the only question is, when will she spill the beans to Carly about her and Sonny’s alleged tryst?

The GH spoiler video for Wednesday shows Nelle taunting Sonny Corinthos.  The mob boss appears uneasy and Nelle coos that she is happy he and Carly are working things out.

Meanwhile, other spoilers indicate that Carly is suspicious that something is being hidden from her.  Is it only a matter of time before she learns about Nelle and Sonny?

ABC soap opera spoilers tease that Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] has a secret.  The promo shows Maxie [Kirsten Storms] begging Sam to spill the beans, but Sam shushes her.  Is it about the JaSam baby?

Meanwhile, it looks like Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] is having second thoughts about her latest scheme with Julian Jerome after the hit and run.  Inside the hospital, Ava Jerome comforts her brother while Alexis is outside having a meltdown.  The GH spoiler video shows Alexis whispering to herself, “I can’t do this.”
