‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Trick Or Treat! Who Returns For A Frightful ‘GH’ Halloween – Morgan, Nikolas Or?

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers have fans wondering who will be back for a frightful ‘GH’ Halloween. Who may be returning from the dead? Is there perhaps one or two not so dead residents headed back to Port Charles?

The most recent ‘General Hospital’ promo promises, “’GH’ ghosts return.” Just who are these ghosts and were they ever really gone?

Previous ‘GH’ spoilers indicate that Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] is alive and stalking Ava Jerome [Maura West] because his vindictive ex-swapped out his medications.

Someone rings Alexis Davis’s [Nancy Lee Grahn] as she and Julian Jerome [William deVry] sit at home. Is there a nasty trick awaiting the couple? Alexis begged Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] to end his mob feud with Julian but who knows if Sonny will ever let go of his hatred for Julian.

Meanwhile, across town, Laura Spencer [Genie Francis] receives a knock on the door at Wyndemere. Reportedly Nick Stabile has been brought back to portray Nikolas Cassadine following Tyler Christopher’s departure.

Has Nikolas returned from the dead? That would explain why Laura says, “This can’t be happening.” It could also mean that one of Laura’s many enemies is back in town to do her harm. Or perhaps ex-husband Luke Spencer [Anthony Geary] has decided to drop in unannounced.

What lurks in the attic that Dr. Hamilton Finn [Michael Easton] and Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] have decided to search? What secrets does it hold?
