‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Monday January 18: Dante & Jordan Onto Johnny & Lulu – Valerie Frantic in Fire – Sam and Liz Face Off

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers hint that Lulu might be Valerie’s only hope, Liz and Sam face off awkwardly, Jason doesn’t like what he’s seeing in Jake, and Johnny’s plan is falling apart fast. Check out these spoilers for the Monday, January 18 episode of GH.

First, Valerie Spencer’s [Brytni Sarpi] is in danger of burning to a crisp and Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] is the only one who can save her. Lulu shows up to the cabin looking for Johnny Zacchara [Brandon Barash] to drop off his go bag, but there’s no Johnny in sight.

What is there is a burning cabin. Valerie tries to shout for help when she hears someone outside, but Johnny left the gag on her mouth. It will be up to Lulu to save Valerie even if it implicates her – which it will. How else can Lulu explain being in the woods that far out of Port Charles?

Johnny did manage to get part of his official revenge plan in play before he stole Val’s car and took off. He had his accomplice send the photos of Valerie taking money from him over to the PCPD. What Johnny wasn’t counting on is that Val’s coworkers know her better than that.

Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] will see the pics, as will Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine] but neither will suspect Valerie of being on the take. Both of them know how committed she is to being a good cop – Johnny is a dummy for thinking this would work.

So Dante and Jordan will try and figure out what Johnny is up to and why Valerie is involved. That line of thinking leads to one place – Lulu. Since Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] told Dante and Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] that Johnny was with Lulu, they have to figure this is about revenge.

This makes Dante look bad – his wife is harboring a fugitive and now plotting against a fellow cop. Not good. Lulu may redeem herself slightly by not letting Valerie burn to death, but she’s clearly been aiding and abetting Johnny and worse…

Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] will talk to Kristina Corinthos [Lexi Ainsworth] about her school problems. Sam wants her to come clean to her parents. Kristina also chats up her dad Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] who warns her away from a guy. Hmm. Who is it?

But first, a jubilant Sam is thrilled she’s cleared Jason Morgan’s [Billy Miller] name and can’t wait to tell him but Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] answers the door of his MetroCourt room. Sam will tell her she thought this was Jason’s room and Liz will tell her it is.

But Liz is now wary of lying where Jason is concerned – so she’ll fess up that she’s only there because of some stuff going at her house and says Jason is staying down the hall. Will Jason show up in time for the three to have an awkward interaction? Looks like.

But first, Jason wants to know why Jake Spencer [James Nigbor] thinks so poorly of Sam. Jake made a snarky comment after the witnesses told Jason that Sam is a keeper. Once Jake sees Jason and Sam looking friendly, Jake may do something bad to Sam. But what?
