Soap Opera Digest newest magazine issue gives an insight as to what happens next week and it looks like the killer will try to strike again when a blackout occurs at the hospital. In this issue the writers discuss the story development but keep very tight lipped on if the killer gets another victim.
‘General Hospital’ team of writers which include Shelly Altman and Jean Passanante spoke with SOD sharing that it took some time to decide who they would actually make the killer be but the end result was an existing character. “We wanted it to be someone who matters to the canvas in a big way rather than someone we brought on for that exact reason,” Altman shared as she dished on the story to SOD.
Altman continued “We realized that we did have the character in place whose motivations make sense. Once we learn who the killer is, it builds the suspense”. So therefore we have a lot to learn about this killer and their motives – what actually drives them to kill?
Apparently when the blackout occurs a lot of other things will occur simultaneously. At this point the serial killer mistakenly leaves a clue that ends up in the wrong hands. So who could it be ‘General Hospital’ fans? Already we are hearing fingers pointing at Dr. Maddox [Anthony Montgomery] and others at Finn [Michael Easton], Dr. Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] and Franco [Roger Howarth].
