‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday March 25: Hayden Outed as Rachel Berlin – Nikolas Stunned – Laura Finds Trunk with Clue Inside  – Anna Freaks Out – Carlos Refuses Paul’s Offer

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Friday, March 25 reveal that Nikolas gets some news that staggers him, Laura finds something surprising in the trunk, Anna goes off on Griffin, Sonny owes someone an apology, and Carlos says no way. Here’s what you can expect on the Friday show.

Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] will walk in on another catfight at Wyndemere between Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] and Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] and he has to break it up. Hayden will demand that Nikolas put Liz and her kids in the street, but that doesn’t seem likely.

Nikolas will be staggered when Liz reveals that Hayden’s real name is Rachel Berlin. That will definitely turn the tide against Hayden. Later, GH spoilers reveal that Nikolas will reach out to Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] and give her this update.

Meanwhile at Anna Devane’s [Finola Hughes] place, she has a hysterical fit in front of Griffin Munro [Matt Cohen]. Anna’s guilt over shooting Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise], although he survived, is eating at her. She knows Carlos could put her away.

Anna accuses Griffin of not being the son of Duke Lavery [Ian Buchanan] and instead being someone sent to trap her. Griffin has to calm her down and Anna finally decides she’s being paranoid but later wonders about Griffin’s intentions. Could he truly be the forgiving soul he seems?

Paul Hornsby [Richard Burgi] is also concerned about Carlos and reaches out the former Jerome hit man in an effort to cover his tracks. Paul wants to get Carlos a deal to wrap things up neat and tidy for him, but Carlos isn’t buying it. He doesn’t want to return.

Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] tells Epiphany Johnson [Sonya Eddy] that he’s sorry about getting her to lie about his recovery. He asks if they can put it behind them. Is it at GH that Sonny runs into Griffin again?

Griffin will reveal his connection to Duke and the two men will talk and bond. Griffin heard some about Duke from Anna, but he also wants to hear from Sonny since they were friends for years and he trusts his dad with the Corinthos cartel while he was in jail.

Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] is worried the trunk is a trap but Laura Spencer [Genie Francis] insists on opening it. It looks like the trunk is mostly empty, but something in there reminds her of someone from her past. What she finds has Laura going to question Scotty Baldwin [Kin Shriner].
