‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Franco Considers Revealing The Truth – How Will It Affect Hayden and Liz?

Recently on “General Hospital” (GH) we all watched as Franco (Roger Howarth) learned the truth about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) sharing the same father.
Even more recently on GH we saw Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker) begging Franco not to tell the truth about Liz & Hayden being sisters because it would destroy her relationship with her daughter, Hayden. When it seems like that isn’t working, she tries to convince Franco that Elizabeth is in no shape to learn the truth but Franco knows Elizabeth is a strong woman who can handle it. She goes on to try to convince him that Elizabeth would be devastated to learn her father cheated on her mother.
According to the newest edition of Soap Opera Digest “Franco is considering telling Liz everything because, in his heart, he knows it’s the right thing to do, that honesty is the key if you’re in a relationship.”

Franco has trying hard to prove to Elizabeth that he can be trusted and he has changed, do you think it would be the smart thing for him to do to tell Elizabeth the truth? If he decides to tell her, do you think it will change how Elizabeth and Hayden feel about each other?
If the truth comes out that Elizabeth and Hayden are sisters it sure could make for an interesting storyline to see how the fallout affects everyone. It could mean that Heather will be cut off from getting her blackmail money and that will mean no more for Franco as well. Do you think he will take that into consideration?
GH spoilers tease that when Franco makes his decision another complication arises. So it could be that something or someone gets in the way of him telling the truth. If somehow the secret comes out in another way and Liz finds out Franco knew that whole time, do you think it will end things for them?

Off topic – Ava has her fingerprints all over the case she took from Slimy DA’s room, why doesn’t he arrest her for the “hospital murders” and the murder of Connie – it would be a twofer.
She was wearing gloves when she searched his room and took the evidence. But, still, it would be her word against his… he could arrest her and say he found her with the case. I wondered about that when she took it from his room. How can she prove that’s where it came from if he calls her bluff?
Yes but when she took it out of her purse to show him what she found I don’t believe she had her gloves on.
