‘General Hospital’ POLL: Who Is New Jason Better With – Liz or Sam? VOTE!

#1 Jake Doe was sweet but Jason Morgan is a scary dude

For those long months when Jason had no clue who he was and was “Jake Doe” he was a really decent guy. He was a family man enjoying a suburban life with Liz. He was a great dad and a good husband-type partner for Liz. But now? He’s turning into something much more frightening.

#2 Jake Doe only hurt people to save people – Jason Morgan is a rage monster

Granted Jake got into a couple of scrapes – remember that he took out a room full of mobsters to save Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] and TJ Ashford [Tequan Richmond]? That was heroism. But choking Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] and Franco [Roger Howarth] is not good guy behavior.

Does Sam bring out the worst in new Jason?

We’re not saying that Sam intentionally brings out the worst in new Jason – but is being with her making him more dangerous? They did have a more volatile, adventurous and dangerous relationship before and his life with Liz, even before, was always more domesticated. Was Jason better settled with Liz?

Is the curse responsible for Jason’s misery?

Remember Helena cursed Sam and told her that she and those she loved would never be happy in this life or the next. Is Helena’s curse a real thing? Can Sam and Jason NOT be happy together? Will events continue to unfold that prevent Jason and Sam from enjoying a peaceful life?

Is old Jason the better match for Sam and new Jason for Liz?

Let’s consider the chemistry between the two. Jake and Liz were very different as a couple from new Jason and Sam. There’s a sweetness Jake and Liz and more intensity with Jason and Sam. And that’s just the new Jake/Jason. How about old Jason?

Do you think Steve Burton was a better chemistry pairing with Kelly Monaco as Stone Cold Jason and Sam? They had so many electric moments that moved is to tears and really stirred the JaSam obsession. New Jason and Sam seem to not quite achieve the white heat of Stone Cold and Sam…
