‘General Hospital’ Poll: Has Liz Suffered Enough For Her Lies Or Is More Bad Karma Coming? Vote!

‘General Hospital’ (GH) fans know that tough times are not over for Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Jake Spencer (James Nigbor) will soon be at Shriner’s Hospital for Children – and there’s tons more drama coming Liz’s way. But has Liz paid for her lies? Read then vote in our POLL on whether you think Liz has suffered enough.

Has karma paid Liz back for her terrible actions of the past year – or does she deserve more pain and suffering? Let’s consider what she’s done and what she’s already gone through when it comes to her poor choices…

Liz kept Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) away from his wife Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) for nearly a year. But on the flipside, Jason dumped her in a spectacular way and she’s now seeing her heart ripped out as she watches Jason and Sam grow closer while she’s forgotten like emotional roadkill.

And Liz kept Jason from not only his son Danny but also from knowing he was Jake’s biological dad for nearly a year. But on the flipside, Jake just got flattened by a car (yet again) like the unfortunate amphibian in Frogger and now she’s dealing with that torment.

Liz kept Jason from his family the Quartermaines and all his other loved ones – but on the flip side, she’s now the most reviled woman in Port Charles and has lost a lot of relationships over this – over and above Jason dumping her.

And Liz was sleeping with Sam’s husband for the better part of a year – knowing she was engaging in adultery under her roof. But on the flip side, that roof and the entire house she was keeping Jason emotionally trapped in is now nothing but a pile of rubble.

Liz also had every chance to come clean to Jason. She could have told him long before he discovered who he was and she may have been able to keep him. She didn’t and the flip side of that is that she’s pretty much cemented the fact that Jason will never be hers again – no matter what.

Let’s do a quick tabulation on the misery in Liz’s life to see if she’s suffered enough:

#1 Liz has no man in her life – and no prospects at this point

#2 Liz has a kid in the hospital with grievous injuries

#3 Liz now has to watch Jason and Sam rekindle their love

#4 Liz has no house, clothes, baby mementos or anything

#5 Liz knows this was 100% all her fault and can no longer deny it

#6 Liz best/only friends in the world are lying Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) and reformed psycho Franco (Roger Howarth)

#7 Liz is so pathetic even Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) felt sorry for her

#8 Liz is so pathetic that even Sam feels a bit sorry for her

#9 Liz just had to tell Jake that she’s the reason Jason left them

#10 Liz has little hope for a better future as of now
