‘General Hospital’ News: Nicolas Bechtel Shares Touching Tribute To His ‘Uncle Sonny,’ Maurice Benard

‘General Hospital’ star Nicolas Bechtel is a fan favorite among fans of the ABC soap opera, we can’t get enough of the super cute Spencer Cassadine actor.  Over the years we have watched Nicolas Bechtel grow up on the daytime drama, and his co-stars have gotten to watch him grow up on the daytime drama’s set.

One ‘General Hospital’ star who has forged quite a bond with Nicolas Bechtel over the years is his “Uncle Sonny,” Maurice Benard.  Maurice has been a permanent fixture on ‘General Hospital’ for many years, so he has gotten the opportunity to watch Nicolas Bechtel grow in to the handsome little man that he is today, first-hand.

This week Nicolas took to Instagram and shared a photo of him posing with Maurice Benard, the youngster shared a sweet little tribute to Maurice.  Bechtel captioned the photo, “Not everyone gets a chance to work with someone like this guy. He’s funny and kind and just an all around great person. I love how every time I see him he says “heyyyy. What’s going on?” I am grateful for every chance I’ve had to work with you @mauricebenard#unclesonny #GH.”
