‘General Hospital’ News: Laura Wright Takes Short Break From ‘GH’ For Vacation

General Hospital spoilers tease that we might not be seeing a whole lot of Laura Wright’s character Carly Corinthos next month.  Laura Wright has been nailing her scenes as a grieving mother over the course of the last few weeks, with all of those tears she has been cranking out, it’s no wonder the ABC soap star needs a little rest and relaxation.

Wright took to social media and announced that she was heading off on a family vacation and would be out of work.  But, Laura made it very clear that this was just temporary and she would only be gone a few weeks.  The General Hospital cast member captioned a recent selfie, “A couple weeks off to play with my babies.”

Laura’s vacation may not even really affect her scenes in Port Charles.  After all, there are so many storylines and cast members, a few episodes without Morgan Corinthos’ grieving family may even go unnoticed.  Regardless, Laura has been working extra hard – and we’re happy she is kicking back and enjoying some time with her family.
