‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate we may not have seen the last of Johnny Zacchara. Brandon Barash has been MIA from Port Charles since January 2016 – the last time his character Johnny Zacchara was spotted, he was back in police custody (again) after joining forces with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and falling on the sword for her, so to speak. But, Barash is a fan favorite and ‘GH’ viewers were sad to see Johnny ushered off the canvas again.

Since Brandon Barash’s latest exit from the ABC soap opera, ‘General Hospital‘ fans have been hoping for his return, and it turns out they are not the only ones. ‘GH’ producer Frank Valentini wants Brandon Barash to return to the daytime drama too!
Brandon Barash and a slew of other cast members took the stage on April 10 at a ‘General Hospital’ fan event in New Jersey for a Q&A session – and Brandon discussed his status at ‘GH.’ Barash revealed that every time he is at the soap set Frank asks him to come back to Port Charles! Barash stated, “Every time i take my daughter to work, Frank asks me, ‘Do you want to come back?’ I say ‘No,’ and that usually happens about three or four times until he breaks me down and i say ‘yes.’ He has asked me a couple times and we are getting closer to three or four, so we will see.”

So, a Johnny Zacchara return in the near future is looking promising. TPTB at the soap opera obviously want Brandon Barash back and are willing to scare up some storylines for him, it’s just a matter of Brandon agreeing to return. What do you think ‘GH’ fans? Will Brandon cave in to Frank Valentini soon, so that we can see Johnny Zacchara back on our screens? How do you think they will bring him back? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
