Daytime Emmy News: NATAS Releases 2016 Presenters’ List – Pierson Fode, Laura Wright, Jen Lilley And More!

The anticipation for this year’s Daytime Emmy’s is rising. While the excitement continues, the list of presenters for the event has been officially unveiled by NATAS. The event will take place over the weekend and is filled with star studded presenters. Several soap faves, new comers, and daytime stars are among the list of presenters.
Karla Mosley (Maya, B&B), whom several viewers thought was deserving of an Emmy nomination is among the list of presenters for the event scheduled for Sunday May 1. A few of her co-stars will be presenting as well, including Jacob Young (Rick) and Pierson Fode (Thomas).

Among the list of presenters from ‘General Hospital’ are Laura Wright (Carly), Teresa Castillo (Sabrina) and newcomer Donnell Turner (Curtis). From ‘Days of Our Lives’ Camila Banus (Gabi), Jen Lilley (Theresa) and Billy Flynn (Chad) will be presenting.
And, from ‘The Young and the Restless‘ we will see Gina Tognoni (Phyllis), Jason Thompson (Billy), Hunter King (Summer) and Shemar Moore (Ex-Malcolm) presenting as well.
Another set of presenters are scheduled for the Creative Arts Awards being held on Friday 29th, April. The list include B&B stars such as Heather Tom (Katie), Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) and Don Diamond (Bill). Olivia Rose Keegan (Claire) and her co-star James Lastovic (Joey) are presenting from Days. GH’s Anthony Montgomery (Andre), Lisa LoCicero (Olivia), Y&R’s Christian LeBlanc (Michael) and Tracey E. Bergman (Lauren) are also presenting.

And though the main event will not be televised Daytime Confidential is reporting that several programs are set to do interviews and air highlights from the event on May 1. These programs are EXTRA, Hollywood and Entertainment Tonight. And, NATAS has joined up with Parachute TV and Periscope to broadcast parts of the event live on social media.
