‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday June 16: Steve and Kayla Fear Joey’s Death During Surgery – John Wants to Remarry Marlena – Dario and Nicole Busted

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Thursday, June 16, tease that Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will be overwhelmed as they wait for word on their son’s condition. After Dirk (Reiley McClendon) went ballistic at the commune, Joey (James Lastovic) ended up taking a bullet. Now Joey has been taken to the hospital for emergency surgery.

Kayla and Steve will fear that Joey might die on the operating table. They’ll feel completely helpless as the hours go by. Jade (Paige Searcy) will also get quite emotional during this ordeal. She’ll feel responsible for Joey’s injuries.
Nevertheless, DOOL spoilers reveal that Joey will survive and everyone will breathe a long sigh of relief. It seems Joey is tough like his old man. Steve practically has nine lives, so it’s not surprising that Joey will pull through. Kayla will be grateful to have both of the Johnson men in her life. Stay tuned to see some warm family moments.

Meanwhile, John (Drake Hogestyn) will finally arrive back in Salem. He stepped up to help Steve search for Joey, but he’ll enjoy coming home. “Days” spoilers say John will have romance on his mind when he returns to Marlena (Deidre Hall). He’ll suggest that he’d love to remarry if Marlena is on board with the idea. It sounds like a beautiful wedding is in their future.

Other “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that Chad (Billy Flynn) will feel terrible about his recent drunken demeanor. He’ll tell Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) that he owes her an apology. Ciara will undoubtedly assure Chad that everything is fine. It’s obvious that Chad can do no wrong in Ciara’s eyes.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Philip (John-Paul Lavoiser) will show up to see Kate (Lauren Koslow). Of course, we know that Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) are currently trapped in the closet. They’ll get busted soon enough.

Once Kate realizes what’s going on, she’ll call the cops and demand that both of them be arrested. At the police station, Dario will try to comfort Nicole. As Dario’s attraction grows, he’ll lean in for a kiss. DOOL rumors hint that Dario will try to pursue a relationship with Nicole, but can he really win her over? His quest may not be easy.
