‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Deadly Virus Hits Salem – Which ‘DOOL’ Character Will Be Killed?

Spoilers tease that a deadly virus will strike Salem on ‘Days of Our Lives’. The latest issue of ABC Soaps in Depth magazine has the full story. According to the magazine the virus will take a toll on several residents and panic will hit the University Hospital.

Spoilers indicate that while Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is at dinner with Fynn Thompson (Alexander Bruszt), they will both be called into the ER to deal with tons of patients having flu-like symptoms – an unknown virus.

The question is – will Kayla be able to handle all of this in the midst of her own crisis? Kayla is still dealing with her subdural hematoma and breaking off her engagement to Steve (Stephen Nichols), so will she be able to handle it all?
It sure looks that way! But things will take a turn for the worst when the mystery virus leaves one of Salem’s citizens dead. The grand question now is which one of the persons in Salem will we be mourning this time?

With the expected exit of Marie Wilson as Summer, Martha Madison as Belle, Sal Stowers as Lani and Brandon Beemer as Shawn, we can only assume it’s possibly one of these four. Will it be one of those previously mentioned or will Days shock us like Y&R did with the death of Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan)? Will someone unexpected die? Will it be one of the insignificant characters?

SID highlights that “when the grief starts spreading as quickly as the epidemic, Kayla will struggle to hold it together.” Kayla will begin to experience similar symptoms; hence answers are needed real fast. SID suggested Caroline (Peggy McCay) might be a great way for them to get answers. Will Caroline have a vision while she is busy sympathizing with Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering)? Will the doctors have to find answers another way? Who do you think will die, who do you think the virus will claim as its first victim?
