‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Robert Scott Wilson’s ‘DOOL’ Run Comes To An End – Final Ben Weston Air Date Revealed

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate that Robert Scott Wilson will soon end his run as Ben Weston. The latest issue of the Soap Opera Digest magazine reveals that Wilson who returned to the NBC series for a story arc will end his run on June 24.

This is the same day that his co-star and friend Kate Mansi exits the show as Abigail Deveraux. Wilson dished to SOD how grateful he was to be a part of Mansi’s last episode. “I’m so grateful to have been a part of her last episode, Kate texted me this morning. We remain friends. I talk with Billy Flynn [Chad DiMera] all the time. I hear from Galen Gering [Rafe]. I also see Casey Moss [JJ Deveraux],” Wilson disclosed to SOD.

Wilson wraps up yet another run as the crazy batty Ben Weston. He joined the show in 2014 when he took over the role from Justin Gaston. His first run ended in December, 2015 when it was revealed that he was the necktie killer and was shipped off to a psych ward. However, he returned in March of this year where his character continued to torment Abigail. Now, Wilson confirms to SOD that his second and final run ends on June 24.

Since wrapping up his last episode on ‘Days’ he has kept rather busy, He shares with SOD that he has been doing some writing and auditions. He disclosed that he put together two short films that he hopes will turn into a motion picture over the next month or so. Wilson further thanked his fans for their tremendous support and request their support as he continues his acting journey.
