‘Days of Our Lives’ Casting News: Spencer Neville Returns To ‘DOOL’ As Derrick

DOOL spoilers tease that Spencer Neville is set to make his return back to Salem as Days of Our Lives’ Derrick. Derrick was last seen in Salem back in 2015. Derrick debuted on December 9 of 2014 and last appeared on the show on February 17, 2015. The shocking news came out when he declared on his official Facebook account in early September 2014, that he was working on a TV show, not mentioning the name and mentioned about it being a secret.

Before his debut, sources then later confirmed that he had booked a role on the NBC’s Days of Our Lives. According to reports, the actor was set to return to the show soon. How soon? He came back on June 29, 2015 then months later Derrick left Salem. Now it seems he is back again, hopefully the character will stick around longer this time around but no word yet on how long his stay will be.

It’s unknown who Derrick might be sharing scenes with. Many DOOL fans know that the character of Derrick is a gay man and Paul and he were once a couple. Will they pick up where they left off and reconnect the romance? Or could Derrick have a more specific reason for showing up back in Salem?

DOOL viewers know back in 2015 they shared a kiss and then things went downhill for them later on as it does for most of our favorite soap couples. What could be keeping them apart now? Will Derrick return to Salem with a deep, dark secret or will he return already attached to someone else? No word yet on the circumstances surrounding Derrick’s return but it is sure to be mind-blowing.
