‘All My Children’ News: Susan Lucci Co-Hosts UCP of NYC Women Who Care Luncheon with Daughter Liza Huber

‘All My Children’ alum Susan Lucci [Erica Kane] is co-hosting the 2016 UCP of NYC Women Who Care Luncheon with her daughter, ‘Passions’ alum Liza Huber [Gwen Hotchkiss]. The luncheon will be held on Monday, May 9 at Cipriani in Manhattan.

Cerebral Palsy awareness is very important to the ‘Devious Maids’ star. Susan has generously shared her 7-year-old grandson Brendan’s journey with Cerebral Palsy.

Susan Lucci writes, in part, in her Instagram post, “Please join my daughter Liza Huber and me as we co-host this year’s Women Who Care Luncheon on Monday, May 9th in Manhattan at Cipriani 42nd Street!”

Liza recently launched a website called Healthy Spoonfuls where she shares recipes and blogs about her family, including how the family has adapted their lives to suit Brendan’s needs. She also shares Brendan’s success, which are many, and things that aren’t so successful, which are few.

Huber also shared news about the United Cerebral Palsy Women Who Care Luncheon. “I am honored and excited to co-host 15th annual UCP of NYCs Women Who Care Luncheon with my mom.”

The list of honorees for the luncheon include: ‘Expect a Miracle’ author Jenny Long, ‘Black Girls Rock!’ creator Beverly Bond, ‘Inside Edition’ anchor Deborah Norville, Accenture chief leadership and human resources officer Ellyn Shook and the healthcare system Northwell Health.
