‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Monday, Sept 28: Summer Reveals Fred Is Ian Ward – Billy Arrested, Jabot Being Audited by IRA – Noah Confronts Victor

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday September 28, 2015 reveals that Victor (Eric Braeden) is so convinced that the Abbott Family is behind the Paragon Project he calls the FBI.  Meanwhile, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) has flown to Europe and left Billy (Burgess Jenkins) in charge of Jabot.  The pilot who flew Hilary (Mishael Morgan) to Genoa City is frightened when Dylan (Steve Burton) threatens to call the Feds on him and makes a shocking confession to Dylan.

The Monday September 28, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Devon (Bryton James) being taken into the GCPD – he is being arrested and he is not happy. He has been arrested for hitting the Pilot in the park.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) tells an unconcious Hilary he was really frightened when Devon came to the door, he cannot let it happen again. He tells Hilary he has to fly under the radar, let people think he is out of town for the next couple of days. He is confused why Hilary is not waking up but he needs her to wake up to tell people he saved her and that will clear his name. Neil just wants all the guilt to stop. Neil begs her to wake up and make it stop.

Noah (Robert Adamson) is pissed now that they are breaking up Marisa (Sofia Pernas) wants to tell him the truth. Marisa tells Noah she loves him and wants to save their relationship and she wants to tell him about Jack, Marisa and Victor. Marisa warns Noah he is not going to believe him. She promises on her soul every word is true.

Ian (Ray Wises) ays he is waiting for the day he can send Victor (Eric Braeden) into oblivion. He is looking at a picture of Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and sends her a kiss.

Phyllis is shocked that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) & Billy (Burgess Jenkins) took advantage of a computer glitch. Jack says it is going to be a problem, they just unleashed the devil; Victor is coming after the Abbott Family.

Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) tells Billy they should have rescinded the deal immediate. Kyle finds out that Billy has been put in charge of Jabot while Ashley is in Europe and Billy tells Kyle if he does not like it he can move to Newman.

The FBI come into Victor’s office he wants the Abbott Family members of Jabot arrested immediately. The FBI tells Victor there has to be an investigation. The police leave. Abby asks what is going on and Victor tells her he is trying to have all The Abbotts arrested including Ashley. Abby (Melissa Ordway) & Ashley tells Victor the person they should be after is the person who hacked the computer. Victor tells them the Abbott Family is behind the Paragon Project.

Devon is ranting he keeps going on about the Pilot and how he took Hilary. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) tells him to calm down and not say anything. Michael is pissed and tells Dylan he warned them to stop.

Paul (Doug Davidson) is questioning the pilot and he is denying everything.

Neil gets a call and it is Gwen (Nadine Nicole) she wishes him good luck on his job interview. He thanks her and says he is leaving town soon for it. Neil promises to call her as soon as his schedule clears up.

Gwen comes in and tells Billy the FBI called and Jabot is being audited. Billy tells her to stall.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells Victor Billy is not involved and Jack tried to get them to sell the company back to the Newman Family so he is not involved. Victor is sure Ashley is behind the Paragon Project because Ashley would like to see him go down in flames. Abby tells Victor Ashley just left for Europe and Victor think that proves the Abbotts are behind Paragon. Abby tells him she won’t let him go after her mother and Victoria smiles.

Marisa has told Noah Marco (Peter Bergman) looks like Jack and Victor brought Marco to town. Noah thinks it is insane he cannot believe Victor would play God with another man’s life. Marisa keeps telling him details and Noah is shocked and cannot believe Marisa kept the secret. Marisa says it was not her story to tell.

Jack lets Phyllis and Summer (Hunter King) that Victor has already come out swinging Jabot is being audited by the IRS. Summer wants Jack to do something to stop it.

Kyle tells Billy that the audit is his fault and Ashley’s fault. Gwen tells Billy that she cannot stall the IRS if she does she could be charged. Billy tells her to take the next few days off and he will take care of the IRS and Victor Newman.

Victor tells Abby people have to be held responsible, Ashley is the CEO. Abby asks Victoria to defend Ashley but Victoria says she cannot.

Victor tells Abby she has to fight for Newman. Victor tells Victoria that Billy Boy Abbott has turned against him and he will not stand for it.

Paul tells the Pilot he is released and Dylan (Steve Burton) tells him he cannot do it. Dylan tells Paul the Pilot is the key to finding Hilary. Paul tells the pilot to leave. Dylan is angry.

Michael tells Devon that the judge is not in a lenient mood so he is not dropping the charges. Dylan has disappeared.

The pilot is on the phone and calls someone and says he does not care where he goes; he is on the phone with the airport, he wants to leave now. Dylan comes up to his table. Dylan lets the pilot know he is calling Paul and having his passport pulled. Dylan accuses him of flying Hilary out of Virgin Gorda. Dylan tells him to answer on question and he can leave or he is calling the Feds. Dylan asks the pilot where the plane went after Dallas.

Noah says what Marisa is asking him not to reveal, what she told him it is not secrets it is a conspiracy. Noah is pissed because he feels Marisa protected, Marco, Jack and Victor but not him. Noah wants to know how Marisa knows that Marco is gone Marisa says she captured him and Victor took him back to prison. Noah wants to know how she did it? Marisa explains she did what she had to do to get rid of Marco, she sobs.

Kyle comes into the Dive Bar and lets them know Billy is in charge at Jabot and Gwen is freaking about the IRS. Phyllis wants Kyle to relax and let her and Jack deal with it.

Phyllis tells Jack they need to give Victor a head on a platter. Phyllis thinks they should point Victor in the direction of Fred but Phyllis thinks it might be Ashley who is behind Paragon. Jack wants to face Victor himself and leaves. Phyllis’ phone rings.

It is Fred (Ian) and Phyllis asks him how his trip is going, he says not great! Ian explains he is back in Genoa City and at lose ends. Ian asks Phyllis if she is free. Phyllis says, “Just say when and where.”

Neil is still with Hilary thinking of Gwen and his phone rings it is Gwen again and she tells Neil she just had a change in plans she is off work. Gwen wants to go to NYC with Neil and Neil tells him they can plan a weekend soon but NYC is not going to work this time and hang ups. Neil gets another call.

It is the pilot he tells Neil they have to meet it is urgent.

Abby & Victoria come into the office to see Billy and Billy tells them Victor has put the IRS on them. Victoria lets him know Victor put the IRS on them. Billy tells them they are not going down not matter what Victor wants.

Jack come to Victor’s office and tells Victor he made a big mistake calling the Feds on him. Jack tells Victor they are not in charge of the Paragon Project he tells Victor to call of the dogs, now. Victor says, “The hell I will.”

Summer feels the war is making them all split in the middle and she hates it. Kyle hates that Summer is so upset.

Fred (Ian) and Phyllis meet in Chancellor Park and Fred is thrilled to be seeing Phyllis again. Phyllis tells him she was upset when she saw his note saying he was left and she has been so stressed lately.

Phyllis tells Fred that Jack’s company is in turmoil he and Victor are mortal enemies and are at each other’s throat again. Phyllis explains there was a cyber attack on Newman Enterprises and the Abbott Family are being accused. Phyllis says, “I cannot help noticing the coincidence right after this cyber attack you walked into my life.” Fred looks worried.

Jack tells Victor nothing will be found because the Abbott Family did not do anything. Victor says Ashley bought a company she knew was put up for sale illegally and then left the country. Victor picks up his phone and tells Jack he is informing the FBI Jack is there it will be easier to arrest him.

Noah is having trouble comprehending what Marisa told him. He is shocked the length’s she went to get rid of Marco, he cannot believe she slept with Marco. Noah tells her furthermore he is not going to let his grandfather get away with what he did. Marisa screams, “STOP YOU CANNOT DO THIS.” Noah leaves.

Dylan runs into the GCPD and says he went after the pilot and the pilot confirmed the women on the gurney was Hilary and she is in Genoa City.

Neil comes into Chancellor Park to meet the pilot and the pilot tells Neil that that Dylan got to him. The pilot admits he told Dylan that Hilary is in Genoa City. Neil is upset.

The police come into the office where Billy is speaking to Victoria and Abby the officer says, “We are looking for William  “Billy” Abbott we are working with the FBI and we received order to arrest Billy Abbott.”

Jack tells Victor to call the IRS, the FBI anyone he wants Victor is blinded by hate and Jack has tried with him and Victor always go back to trying to destroy the Abbotts. Victor tells Jack he and his family shot the first shot. Jack denies it. Noah walks into the office.

Noah says, “You are both here conspiring behind closed doors again. I know what you did Grandpa, you lied to me, you lied to everybody.” Both Victor and Jack looked shocked.

Fred tells Phyllis he never lied to her. Fred claims all he has been doing on his computer is writing his book & he is hurt and does not know where this is coming from. Phyllis agrees he has been nothing but kind to her. Fred says he understands and gets up to leave and Phyllis tells him they will talk soon. Fred leaves and Summer walks into the park.

Summer grabs Phyllis and says, “OMG Mom that man what are you doing with him?” Phyllis says it is her friend and Summer says, “MOM that is Ian Ward, that psycho is suppose to be locked up in prison right now.”

That is the “The Young and the Restless” fans!  Now that Noah knows Victor was behind Marco how soon will he realize Victor was responsible for Courtney’s death?  Phyllis now knows Fred is Ian Ward the nut job who harassed her daughter.  What is Phyllis going to do?  How long is it going to take Dylan to find Hilary?
