‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) POLL: Who Will Die In Halloween Tragedy At Newman Family Gala? VOTE!

Halloween in Genoa City will be explosive this year – quite literally. ‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers indicate that four characters will die in the dust-up at Newman Towers – one of them a major recurring character – plus injuries to several other characters. This will also be the chance for one character to redeem himself by rescuing several of their fellow Genoans.

One sneaky little devil will set a fire at the Newman Gala taking place at the Top of the Tower restaurant. The gala will be hosted by Nikki Newman [Melody Scott Thomas] and Phyllis Abbott [Gina Tognoni] and most of Genoa City’s residents will be on hand for the fete. Unfortunately, not all of them will walk out alive. Here’s a look at possible fatalities – check out the candidates then vote in the poll.

Adam Newman [Justin Hartley]

Adam may not be initially at risk from the fire, but he’s the likely person who redeems himself by saving others at the Newman Gala. This could result in serious injuries to Adam – or even death. He’ll be fresh off a verdict in the hit and run case of Delia Abbott [Sophia Pollono] that exonerates him, but leaves the Abbotts furious. Will Adam redeem himself through heroism and will it cost him his life?

Stitch Rayburn [Sean Carrigan]

Carrigan’s contract is reportedly up at the end of the month and there are many Y&R rumors that this indicates Stitch may see his last day in Genoa City at the Halloween gala. Stitch’s storylines have been back burnered for quite a while, so he seems expendable at the moment, even if he’s a fan favorite. Stitch is busted up with Abby, so that leaves him pretty much unencumbered. Do you think he’ll die?

Marisa Sierras [Sofia Pernas]

Victor Newman [Eric Braeden] wants Marisa gone out of Noah Newman’s [Robert Adamson] life, so he probably wouldn’t mind if she was a fatality at the Newman October 31^st party. Luca Santori [Miles Gaston Villanueva] wants to take her to their daughter so it would be a shame if Marisa got burned up before she got to meet her child, but it could happen. Do you think Marisa will die?

Ian Ward [Ray Wise]

Ian has been generating chaos like crazy since he came to Genoa City and he might have mischievously deadly plans for the Halloween get-together. There are Y&R rumors that Ian might be the fire starter that sets off the blaze at the party. But could Ian be hoisted on his own petard and die in the blaze that he sets? Surely no one in Genoa City would be sad to see Ian as a crispy critter. Could he be a fatality?

Mariah Copeland [Camryn Grimes]

Now that Mariah finally has her act together, could she lose her life in the Newman Halloween tragedy? She’s getting along well with mom Sharon Newman [Sharon Case], she’s not married to Ian (the guy she thought was her dad for so long – ick!), and she and Kevin Fisher [Greg Rikaart] have figured out they’re better off as friends. It would be terrible for her to die at this point, but it could happen.

Joe Clark [Scott Elrod]

Joe hasn’t had a lot of purpose and focus in his life since Avery Summers [Jessica Collins] left town to find herself. Also, he’s rarely seen so Joe wouldn’t be missed. Plus we know Dylan McAvoy [Steve Burton] would not be sad to see Joe breathe his last. Joe is a perfect choice for one of the four fatalities, but what do you think? Is Joe expendable?
