‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Tuesday, August 25: Paul Questions Victor – Police Find Hilary’s Clothes, Think She’s Dead – Sharon Hides Miscarriage

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday August 25, 2015 reveals that today is the baby shower for Nick and Sage and all the Newman Family is gathering.  Meanwhile, Victor has to skip the shower because Paul wants to see him at the GCPD.  Paul informs Victor that the case is not closed because they have not ascertained what Harding’s motive was.  Victor suggest he close the case.

The Tuesday August 25, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Sharon (Sharon Case) sitting on the steps remembering the doctor telling her she had a miscarriage and she can conceive again because she is healthy.  Sharon is upset

Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) runs downstairs and Sharon tells her that Dylan (Steve Burton) asked her to get married.

Dylan comes into the GCPD and Paul (Doug Davidson) tells him he has files he wants him to look at. Dylan tells him he won’t be joining the force.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) comes into the GCPD and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) tells Mariah he is not telling her what he is doing. Mariah asks for a favour she wants Kevin to come to her baby shower. Kevin tells her NO and she tells him she is a jerk and asks him, “Come with me as my date.” Kevin agrees.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) comments to Noah (Robert Adamson) if the guy that was suppose to be protecting them was the killer. Summer (Hunter King) tells Sage (Kelly Sullivan) she needs backup at her baby shower because Newman events are never calm but the food is good. Sage asks what she is suppose to be afraid of and Victor (Eric Braeden) walks in with a present and says, “I guess that is suppose to be me.”

Neil (Kristoff St. John) walks in The Athletic Club and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is excited to see him she tells him the picture of Banff were amazing. She tells Neil he was nut to go to the Canadian Rockies. Neil tells her the time away was closure for him.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Lily (Christel Khalil) get to the Island where Devon (Bryton James) is and Devon tells Michael they put him in a police line up they think Hilary might be dead.

The Newman’s are at Sage’s baby shower and they are playing with diapering baby dolls. Abby (Melissa Ordway) says she is excited the killer is dead and Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) says he is happy Newman Jabot is dead too.

Summer runs up and gives Victor a hug she tells them when Grandpa picks up a baby he turns to a softy.

Sage says she is pleased to have a family and Victor tells her family is complex and in the end family is the only one you can trust. Victor tells them he cannot be at the shower because he has to talk to Paul Williams. Victor gives them a present and it is stock certificates, it is a Newman tradition.

Paul is surprised he tells Dylan he thought it was what he wanted. Dylan tells him with his mind on Sharon and the little one it is not worth it. Paul agrees and says maybe one day he can join. Dylan agrees one day, but soon he is going to be a Dad and that is all he thinks about.

Faith tells Sharon she can tell everyone at Daddy’s baby shower.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) asks Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) if Michael filled her in on what happened on the Island. Cane wants to tell Neil what is happening and sees him with Nikki and asks if he can speak to him. Cane tells Neil Hilary is missing and the police on the Virgin Islands are looking for her. Neil says he is upset.

Devon is freaking he has pictures he is seeing in his head of Hilary being hurt. Michael promises to go speak to the police and leaves. Lily asks Devon if something happened did Lily find out about the hooker? Devon freaks and accuses her of thinking he killed Hilary. Lily tells Devon he has to think maybe Hilary set him up she did it with Neil. Devon tells her NO WAY.

Michael tells the police officer that Devon and Hilary were soul mates and the officer tells him you never know what goes on in a couple’s marriage.

Devon recounts what happened and how he got motion sickness and how Hilary went walking by herself to Lily.

The officer asks Michael if he finds it strange a Honeymoon couple go off on their own. The officer tells Michael there is a piece of evidence he has not heard.

Neil calls Devon and tells Devon he is going to come and be with him, he is his son, he will be there. Devon thanks him and tells him it is not necessary. Neil tells Devon not to count Hilary out.

Noah tells Victor he thinks it is great how he welcomed Sage to the family. Noah tells Victor he will be spending a lot of time with Marisa and hope Victor will accept her.

Dylan comes back home and Faith runs to hug him she is thrilled they are getting married and she laughs and suggests baby names for the baby. Faith goes to write down names and Dylan asks Sharon what is going on why the tears?

Lily is surprised that Neil said he would come and Devon tells Lily Neil really meant it and he is touched. Lily tells Devon to think what happened. Devon tells Lily they said Hilary was talking to someone and arguing they try to think of names then Lily says, “My father-in-law.”

Neil is pretending he is upset and Cane tells him don’t worry Michael and Lily are there. Neil says, “If something happens to that women I swear to God.” Colin (Tristan Rogers) at the bar and hears and looks degusted.

Sharon tells Dylan that Faith is so happy and Dylan tells her that her, Faith and the baby is everything he could dream of.

Kyle and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) try to convince Abby to say at one of the company’s Newman or Abbott.

Everyone gets to the baby shower. Mariah tells Kevin he does not have to announce she is his date. Sage tells Nick she is excited their baby is going to have a family and it is going to be loved.

Paul thanks Victor for coming by. Victor asks why the hell he is there the investigation should be closed. Paul tells him they still don’t know why Harding’s motive and they found a bunch of money in his apartment. Victor is pissed and asks if Paul is accusing him of being involved. Paul denies he is accusing him of anything and asks Victor if he knows Marco Annicelli. (Peter Bergman)

Devon does not think Colin would fly in to see Hilary. Lily tells him Colin does not think like a normal person. Lily calls Cane and asks if he saw Colin. Cane tells her Colin is with him.

Devon talks to Colin and asks him if he texted Hilary or told her anything. Devon tells Colin ton name his price and Colin tells him he is sorry he does not know.

Victor asks Paul if he is feeling guilty Harding was just under his nose.

Back at the baby shower Nikki has them playing games and Sharon, Dylan and Faith walk in. Victoria offers to get rid of them.

Mariah walks up to Sharon and asks her how the doctor appointment went and Sharon tells her it went well. Mariah notices her hand with the ring and says oh…. Sharon tells her, “Dylan and I are engaged.” Kevin congratulates them and Victoria sees and says to Nikki, “It starts.”

Colin comes to sit next to Neil at the Athletic Club and Colin tells Neil he would not take joy in Hilary missing but he knows one of Hilary’s past victims who would. Neil tells him to watch what he is saying he says, “You are the only one with an axe to grind because I pulled the plug on your dirty plan.”

Michael comes back and asks if there was any sign of Hilary. Michael tells Devon there is a problem someone called from the hotel to cancel Hilary’s tour. Michael tells Devon, “If there is something you are not telling me your need to tell me.” Devon says, “There is a chance I slept with another woman.”

Everyone is congratulating Sharon and she tells them it is Sage’s day. Nick tells Dylan he is really happy for them. Sage is opening her shower presents and Victoria and Abby toast the baby. Dylan makes a toast about the baby and how he is glad to see he has family when he becomes a Dad and as Dylan speaks Sharon leaves.

Victor tells Paul he has his respect because he shot Harding to save his son. Victor tells Paul to close the file and lets move on.

Back at the baby shower Kyle and Summer are speaking to Marisa (Sofia Pernas). Kyle says to Marisa, “So Summer told me you are certain Marco left town.” Summer asks Marisa did you do something to Marco. Marisa is upset and says, “Because that is the type of person you think I am, excuse me I need more tea.” Marisa leaves.

Dylan asks Mariah if she saw her Mom and Mariah says, “Maybe she is sick again.” Dylan is surprised she was sick.

Noah comes into Chancellor Park and asks Sharon if she is okay, he asks her if she is upset about Dad. Sharon tells him this is her new chance, she can be happy too.

Neil is at the bar alone and is thinking back to meeting Hilary when she told him he could have shown her the video before the ceremony but you waited. Neil replied, “Payback is a bitch ain’t it my love.” Hilary gave him the phone and left.

Devon tells Michael Colin is the only one who knows about the video with the call girl and he swears he said nothing to Hilary. Michael is surprised because he was at the Bachelor Party and saw Devon and knows he was not inclined to do that. Michael tells Devon, “Say nothing to the cops.” There is a knock on the door.

It is the police they have a plastic bag and ask Devon, “Do you recognize this? Devon tells him, “It belonged to Hilary.” The officer tells him, “It was up at shore the search has changed from rescue to recovery.”

Back with Neil he has a flashback – picking up his phone in the sand after Hilary left him. He remembers hearing a women scream and looking over the edge.

That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans!  What is Sharon going to do, she is clearly not going to reveal that she had a miscarriage?  Do you think Devon will be charged with murder?  Do you think Hilary just fell and Neil did not do anything?
