“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, December 14, tease that wedding plans will continue for Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and Abby (Melissa Ordway). When Ashley (Eileen Davidson) informs them that Victor (Eric Braeden) is suing Jabot, Abby can’t believe she’s just now hearing about this. Victor thinks Stitch and Abby might want to postpone their wedding until spring, but Ashley says no way. They’re getting married on New Year’s Eve and that’s final.
The wedding planner gives Abby and Stitch updates on their venue. It turns out it’s going to be impossible to book. Victor suggests that they should have the wedding at Top of the Tower and Abby goes along with the idea. Ashley and Victor bicker about the lawsuit again, which upsets Abby. Victor gets a call and leaves to take care of a business matter.
At The Underground, Marisa (Sofia Pernas) tells Noah (Robert Adamson) that she left Ava with her foster mother in Spain. It would’ve been cruel to take her away. Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) informs Marisa that he had trouble with airport security. She thinks Victor is to blame. Marisa tells Noah that Luca told plenty of lies, but he really was looking out for his daughter.

Luca leaves to resolve the immigration issue and Noah wants to know what’s up with Marisa’s attitude shift. Marisa says Luca isn’t the cold-hearted person he seems to be. He set up a trust fund for Ava. Noah can’t believe that Marisa is defending Luca. Meanwhile, Luca pays Victor a visit about the problem he encountered. He thinks Noah is behind it and needs to be taught a lesson. Victor says he’ll handle it.
Back at The Underground, Marisa tells Noah that she knows he sent the feds for Luca. Noah claims he didn’t have a choice. Victor pops in and says, “You didn’t?” Victor complains that Noah has jeopardized the deal with the Santori family. As a result, Noah has put the livelihood of Newman employees at risk. Victor says Noah should stay away from Marisa and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) agrees. Noah can’t believe Victor and Mariah are on the same side, but they say Marisa can’t be trusted.
Marisa meets up with Luca. She’s shocked Noah would go to such great lengths. Luca wonders why Marisa isn’t with Noah. Marisa replies that she’s not sure about what the future holds. She’s staying at the athletic club until she figures things out.
At Jabot, Jack (Peter Bergman) speaks with Michael (Christian LeBlanc). Michael is now up to speed on everything that happened with Marco (Peter Bergman). Jack says he kept quiet before because Victor threatened to divulge the truth about Kelly (Cady McClain) and the cargo ship. However, Jack is ready to expose all of Victor’s crimes through a press conference. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) walks in just in time to catch Jack’s statement. Naturally, she’s stunned.
Phyllis doesn’t want Jack to tell the world how Marco duped her. It was humiliating. Michael lets Jack know that he can’t guarantee that he won’t go to prison. Phyllis fumes about Jack’s idea, but he says nothing will change his mind. By going public, he’ll show Victor that he’s serious. No one is going to stop Jack. Michael leaves and informs Ashley about Jack’s press conference plans.
Later, Ashley tells Jack he doesn’t have to sacrifice his future for the sake of his family. Ashley adds that she’s in charge of Jabot and she won’t let him do it. Nevertheless, Jack has made up his mind. Jack steps up to a podium at the athletic club and prepares to speak. Victor wonders what’s going on and Phyllis lets him know that Jack is ready to expose everything.

Back with Abby and Stitch, she feels things have gotten really hectic with the wedding planning. Abby doesn’t understand why Ashley is so committed to making sure they get married on New Year’s Eve. Stitch thinks he knows why. Abby looks confused when Stitch says it’s about him. “The Young and the Restless” viewers will be anxious to see how Abby will react to Stitch’s news.
Elsewhere, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) decorates the Christmas tree with the kids. She wishes Billy (Burgess Jenkins) was there, too. Victoria sees Billy’s picture in the paper because of his DUI. Billy is in bed with severe hangover when Victoria calls. Billy goes to Victoria’s house and she can see that he drank too much the night before. They talk about the lawsuit and Victoria says it’s Billy’s fault.
Victoria wants to know how she’s supposed to explain Billy’s pic being in the paper to the children. Billy starts getting playful with the kids and Victoria lets him stay for holiday fun. Billy tells Victoria that he’ll make it up to her. This time he means it. Victoria isn’t sure she can go down this road again, but Billy begs for one more chance. Will Victoria give Billy the opportunity he’s looking for? Y&R rumors hint that they’ll reunite eventually. Stick with the CBS soap to see if they’ll get back on track.
