‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam And Sharon Reunion – Former Couple Shares Moment With Baby Sully

“The Young and the Restless” December 21-24 spoilers tease the highly anticipated Sharon [Sharon Case], and Adam Newman [Justin Hartley] reunion will finally happen. Ever since it was revealed that Gabriel Bingham was really Adam Newman, fans couldn’t wait to see Adam interact with his former wife, Sharon.

The spoilers reveal that Sharon and Adam will be reunited and have a conversation about Sully and catch up since they last saw each other. The fact that the writers are finally giving the fans a Shadam moment is an early Christmas present.

It must be said that fans shouldn’t expect sparks to fly between the former lovebirds—instead, it will bring Adam face-to-face with his alleged son, Christian [Sully]. The scoop claims that Adam will hold Sully and tell Sharon she is a lucky woman to have found so much happiness after her heart ache.

Will the writers gloss over the connection Adam and Sharon had two years ago? The fans generally believe that TPTB does not want them together, and will make sure they have zero chemistry or connection when they see each other again.

Chelsea [Melissa Claire Egan] was extremely jealous of Sharon’s connection to Adam. She couldn’t understand the pull she had on him. It seemed like he wanted to protect her at all cost, and in Chelsea’s eyes, Sharon was nothing but trouble—an obstacle in her strained marriage.

Is it possible Adam’s feelings for Sharon will flood back after they see each other? It’s likely, but not likely. It seems the writers have given up on any possible Shadam reunion. It will be interesting to see what transpires during their conversation next week.
