‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday November 24: Sam Goes Back To Patrick – Kiki Confesses, Carly Saves Her – Sonny Consoles Morgan

It’s life and death in Port Charles on Tuesday, November 24^th and these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers will get you ready. First, looks like Helena Cassadine [Constance Towers] is dead and Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise] is alive but both events seem improbable.

How likely is it that Helena will pop up and tells Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] that she punked him by faking her death. If she is really gone, Constance Towers will be missed – I’m secretly hoping that Robin Scorpio [Kimberly McCullough] runs in and revives her somehow.

Back from Cassadine Island, looks like Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] has possession of Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] since Helena admitted she didn’t take his memories and can’t restore them. This means Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] is out of luck.

Sam will try and patch things up with Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] since Jason seems to be lost to her. Patrick asks if Sam found the answers she needed. Will she tell him the answer is she loves him? Sam will scramble to convince Patrick that she’s all his now.

Also scrambling is Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] who is still hoping his marriage to Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] will work out. Dante wants to earn back Lulu’s trust but she suspects he’s still cheating. See the video clip below for more.

Sabrina Santiago [Teresa Castillo] is stunned that Carlos is alive and at her door. Will Sabrina lie and tell him the baby is not his? It likely depends on what he has to say for himself. Problem is, Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) is at the door knocking.

What will Sabrina do? Will she come clean to both men or will she decide to lie to both to protect her unborn child? Ava Jerome [Maura West] also wants to protect her child Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] but Kiki doesn’t want her help.

Kiki will surrender to Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine] at the Port Charles PD for the hit and run accident but will tell Jordan that jail time is better than dealing with her mom Ava. But Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] will ride to the rescue.

Carly saving Kiki will seriously annoy Ava. Is Carly declining to press charges enough to get it dropped? Or will Carly have to go a step further and say she was driving distracted because of the Jason reveal? Trust Carly to take care of it.

It’s good that Carly will lend Kiki a hand since Kiki was just traumatized by Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] up at the cabin in the woods during his bipolar spiral. Looks like Max Giambetti [Derk Cheetwood] helped haul Morgan to the hospital.

We’ll see that Morgan is in a hospital bed, but is he at GH or Shadybrook? Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] feels like Morgan’s mental condition is his fault and he and Morgan talk through this and bond over this shared challenge.
