‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Week of November 23-25: Sabrina Reveals Carlos’ Baby Daddy – Jason Doesn’t Get Info He Wants – Anna Confesses

Thanksgiving gets strange in Port Charles this year. These ‘General Hospital’ spoilers will get you ready for the week of Monday November 23 thru Wednesday November 25. Thursday will be a rerun and Friday no show at all. There’s shocking news for Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright], Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] and Jason Morgan [Billy Miller]. Also some strange family dinners and awkward encounters.

First, Jason continues his interrogation of Helena but, before he finds out everything he wants to know, it looks like something may happen to her – maybe a coma, she may even expire. What we know is that Nikolas will suffer a “loss” this week and it may be his evil old grandma passing to the great beyond to see her Mikos! Jason, Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] and Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] will leave Cassadine Island without all the info that Jason wanted.

Back in Port Charles, Liz and Jason do Thanksgiving with the Quartermaines and they have news to announce. What could it be? Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] gets two shockers this week. First, Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] calls to tell him that his loony brother Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] took her to a cabin in the woods, has a gun, and is acting strangely obsessive. Michael also is stunned when Sabrina Santiago [Teresa Castillo] finally comes clean that the baby is NOT his.

Michael will reach out to Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] to deal with Morgan then he has to figure out what to do about Sabrina and the baby he thought was his. Carly heads for the hills to try and talk Morgan down and get Kiki out of danger. Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] wants to go but it’s not a wheelchair-friendly adventure so he stays behind. Later, though, he and Morgan will have a serious talk about the struggles of mental illness. Is Morgan headed for Shadybrook after this stunt?

And will Kiki be in jail for Thanksgiving for evading the law or will she be at home with Franco [Roger Howarth] and Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford]? Kiki’s mom Ave Jerome [Maura West] breaks bread with her brother Julian Jerome [William deVry] and two of Sonny’s other baby mamas Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] and Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero]. Sounds like a big ball of fun… Maybe they’ll survive the meal without ripping into one another. Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] finally confesses her killer crime.

Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] may be home alone since he’s persona non grata with the Spencer clan. A surprise visitor will come by and be kind. Any chances it’s Valerie Spencer [Brytni Sarpi] making another kind gesture that Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] will misinterpret? Lulu and Dante talk this week about their split and whether they will make it formal. Finally, looks like Kristina Corinthos [Lexi Ainsworth] shows up for a holiday dinner with her dad.
