‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Friday October 23: Anna Checks Carlos’ Corpse, Laura Suspicious Of Little Jake, Liz Attends Bridal Shower

On Friday, some interesting questions pop up about Carlos – these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers will get you ready for the October 23^rd show.

Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] reiterates to Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] that she loves him and is happy to have him in her life. Sam is also grateful that he’s overlooking her criminal enterprise with Damien Spinelli [Bradford Anderson] as they continue to dig into the identity mystery of Jake Doe [Billy Miller]. Spinelli tries to piece together what Jake’s face looked like before the injuries.

Meanwhile, Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] tells Jake to stop chasing the man he used to be and be the man he wants to be. After Jake fills her in on the search he’s doing with Sam and Spinelli, Carly totally supports him stopping the frustrating search for his identity since it’s upsetting him so much. Carly just wants Jake to be happy.

Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] has a welcome distraction from her worries about Jake founding out who he is as she’s surprised with a wedding shower from her fellow General Hospital employees including Felix DuBois [Marc Samuel] and others. Will the merriment be enough to keep Liz from worrying that all of this will fall apart and her wedding to Jake won’t happen?

Sabrina Santiago [Teresa Castillo] comes calling on DA Paul Hornsby [Richard Burgi] to inquire about Carlos Rivera’s [Jeffrey Vincent Parise] body. Does she want to see it to make sure her possible baby-daddy is dead? Or does she want to arrange to have Carlos sent back to his family in Puerto Rico? Perhaps Sabrina just wants to make sure he’s properly laid to rest.

Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] also has questions about Carlos’ body. Anna comes to see PCPD chief Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine]. She wants to see Carlos’ body. Anna will get access to the corpse and will know it’s not right. Anna knows where she shot Carlos and the wounds on the body won’t match. However, Anna can’t say anything about this because how would she even know?

Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] fills Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] in on the police investigation into Carlos’ shooting. Michael says they brought him in for questioning and seem to think that Sonny may have ordered the hit on Carlos. Problem is, Max Giambetti [Derk Cheetwood] can’t find any leads on who may have shot him. Will Mikey share the baby news to lift Sonny’s spirits?

At bedtime, Laura Spencer [Genie Francis] hears a scream and runs to check. Is Little Jake Spencer [James Nigbor] up to something? Or is it Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig]? Laura will soon have reason to suspect that Little Jake did not come back from Cassadine Island in one mental piece. Laura will go to Liz with her concerns soon but Liz is too distracted with her wedding to listen.
