The staff and crew at “General Hospital” recently partnered up with the United States Maries and Disney to raise money and toys for ‘Toys For Tots’ – they also are using their star power to raise awareness for the charity, which has been helping millions of families celebrate Christmas every year due to whatever financial pressures they are under or other unforeseeable events that left the kids without toys during the holidays.
“GH” star Nicolas Bechtel recently shared a video with some of the other child stars from the ABC soap opera on his Facebook page – and discussed the important of Toys For Tots. Bechtel explained in the video, “I was at the mall with my parents and we were shopping for my sister, I had $112. I was thinking about while my mom shopped and if we really needed presents. So, I decided to give my money to ‘Toys For Tots’ and it made me feel good. “

Seriously, how cute is Nicolas Bechtel? It is amazing that at such a young age he would rather give his money to other children to ensure they have presents to open on Christmas morning – than worry about what presents he wants.
