‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Serena Frantically Works to Save Caroline’s Life – Kate Finds Paul and Derrick Sharing Intimate Moment

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Serena (Melissa Archer) will ask Caroline (Peggy McCay) to deliver a message to Eric (Greg Vaughan). Serena has finally realized that there’s nothing left for her in Salem and it’s time for her to hit the road. Nevertheless, Serena can’t leave without saying goodbye to Eric and a heartfelt letter is the best way to do it. Caroline will be hesitant to pass Serena’s note along. After all, this is between Serena and Eric. Caroline doesn’t need to get caught in the middle of it. Unfortunately, a much more pressing issue will emerge. Serena will be stunned as Caroline collapses right in front of her.
