‘Days Of Our Lives’ Comings And Goings News: Brendan Coughlin Leaving DOOL – Character Tad Stevens Exits Salem!

Days of Our Lives is going through some major cast changes, now with the exit of Brendan Coughlin! There have been quite a few actors and actresses announcing that they’re either leaving the popular daytime soap or reprising one of their roles on the series. It sounds like the casting department over at Days of Our Lives is revamping and getting ready for some change. Change can be a good thing though!

The latest actor to announce his departure from Days of Our Lives is Brendan Coughlin, who is known for playing Tad Stevens on Days of our Lives.

Brendan Coughlin made his announcement via Twitter when he posted this tweet to all of his followers. “Ran into a cop in Canada who [was] a fan of days of our lives. I have to say…Days fans are the best in the world!” He followed this up with his tweet announcing his departure. Brendan Coughlin writes, “sadly I think my time is Salem has run out but every time I run into days fan it makes me miss it that much more!!!”

Brendan Coughlin, who has been a part of Days of our Lives since May 7, 2009, joined a whirlwind of actors and actresses who have made various announcements regarding their roles on Days of our Lives.

Fans of Brendan flooded to Twitter to show their support for the actor. One writes, I’m sorry to read that you won’t be in Salem. I look forward to seeing you in other projects.”

Still, other fans expressed their desire to see more of Tad Stevens. As of now, though, there is no news on whether or not we can expect to see Brendan Coughlin reprise his role as Tad in the future. For the time being, we will be saying good bye to Brendan and Tad Stevens.
